Pros:

Friendly & Accomodating Staff
Good variety in breakfast.
Your driver stood in to send us to airport when the transporter we booked with the hotel did not turn up at 5.30am today.

Cons:

Metal Door at the delivery pickup is no good. Too strong & difficult to open. The door closed fast & hard that caused injury to my son's 2 finger bleeding.
Only this bad experience. Better rectify

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom para os padrões orientais, mas poucas opções para os acidentais. Da para se servir de bastantes frutas, ovos cozidos e paes.

Cons:

Havia um vazamento de água em baixo da pia do banheiro que molhava o piso. Fora isso tudo otimo.

Просторные чистые номера, шведский стол достаточно разнообразный

Pleasant and Beautiful
Pros:

The location and rooms of this hotel was fantastic.
Cozy lobby, pleasant staffs and easily accessible laundry and gym. Wide parking lot, services to Metro station and lot more..

Cons:

Bathroom didn't have exhaust fan, breakfast hall didn't have English speaking staff... Veg and non veg category were not indicated... It would be great to have consideration for Non Veg lovers.

номер чистй и хороший. Персонал замечательнй, чистота в номере. Вода, холодильник, чай., Завтраки хорошие, все в достаточном количестве. ГОЛОДНМИ ТОЧНО НЕ УЙДЕТЕ. все ок! на 5 баллов

нет в близи магазинов, негде рядом поесть, нет рядом остановки транспорта. ПОЭТОМУ ПОЛЬЗОВАЛИСЬ ВСЕГДА ТАКСИ.

Good hotel. Quiet rooms, comfortable, breakfast also great!
Pros:

Very great hotel! It is placed nearby a river which has stunning views! The breakfast is also very good. It is nearby the train station and also a shopping mall, 10-min walk.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the cozy riverside, quiet, green streets, subway station in the walking range, breakfasts are very good. The personnel is very helpful and friendly, but the level of English is very poor

Cons:

Despite the prohibition of the smoking in the hotel, our floor smelled like a cigar club, the room with two beds had no wardrobe at all. We've left the sign on the bed to change the sheets, it hasn't been done

Отель с душой!

Всегда предпочитаю останавливаться в отелях Holiday Inn, так как доверяю им свой отдых и спокойствие. В этот раз остановилась в Holiday inn Express Shanghai Putuo by IHG. На входе порадовал красивый и лаконичный интерьер, а самое главное меня встретили приветливые и внимательные сотрудники. Особая благодарность администратору Джеку, который в течении трех дней помогал мне общаться со службой поддержки алипей, так как у меня внезапно заблокировался счёт. Проблема была решена, без его помощи, я навряд ли бы справилась сама. Ежедневная уборка, милая и приятная горничная, к слову, что абсолютно все сотрудники проявляли заботу по пути к номеру. Удобная кровать, и самое главное - отель расположен в спальном районе, вокруг относительно спокойно и тихо. Особенно это радует, когда за целый день ты устал от шума и многолюдности и возвращаешься в спокойствие. Кроме того, в данном отеле вкусные завтраки, которые подходят абсолютно всем! Спасибо отелю за такое разнообразие, и у нас не было головной боли, где накормить детей. Отдельно отмечу расположение отеля. Рядом невероятно красивая набережная вдоль реки, вечером здесь был особый вайб, романтичное настроение накрывает моментально, глядя на реку с подсветкой вокруг. Рядом две станции метро, примерно в 500 м, приемлемая по расстоянии решая прогулка до них. С удовольствием вернусь туда не раз!

Cons:

Мелкий недостаток - наличие в номере только одной европейской розетки.
