We loved the layout of the rooms and the lobby! The staff, especially Megan, were very helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to dress our needs.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and it was nice to have complimentary breakfast.
Pros:

The location and parking were great. The breakfast area was nice and spacious, and it was very convenient to have a complimentary breakfast. The suite style room was spacious. The elevators were readily available and fast.

Cons:

There were not any bath towels in the room when we checked in. I thought our room had a weird smell, almost like it had been a smoking room in the past. The floor in the breakfast area was a little dirty and sticky.

Loved the cleanliness of the room and the location was great.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast and the location. Close to a lot or restaurants and shopp[ng easy access to everything we needed.

Cons:

I did.t like all the noise. no one enforced the quite time which was posted on the sign which was supposed to be at 10 pm. Kids were running up and down the hall well sfter midnight and playing on elevators. Not a fault of the hotel because i think there was some sort of basketball tournament going on. The quite time should still be enforced regardless.

Room was pleasant. Everything else in the building was not.
Pros:

There was so many people at the hotel, we were unable to eat breakfast.

Cons:

Elevators took too long to move people around. Food area filled with people who were not eating causing issues.
