Le matelas du canapé lit etait tres tres inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts.

On 1st day when i was checking in that day experience was good.
Restaurant staff in rush when asked question and talking rude. If you are not able to understand English than please let know the guest that i can call someone on my behalf just don’t be rude and when the concern is addressed to front desk even they are supporting there staff.

Paying for parking, should be included in a hotel stay cost. Also the parking lot was incredibly small and we almost didn't find a spot after paying for it.

Vicinissimo all'aeroporto con navetta gratuita ogni 30 minuti.

Le manque de proprete des tables. De grosses marques noires dessus. Le bruit de machinerie toute la nuit plus le bruit des trains de marchandises plus le bruit des motos et voiture du parking
Front desk staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast staff also really kind .
The pool was a bit cold. For a pool that size, heating could be nice especially since it’s indoors. Looks better in photos.
