Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Generally clean rooms reported by many guests, but multiple reports of moldy smells, dirty carpet and filthy filters/ice machine lowered this score.
Service
8.9
Consistently praised for friendly, attentive staff and helpful reception (e.g., honoring rewards, accommodating families), though a few reports of booking/check-in issues exist.
Location
9
Frequently noted as convenient for restaurants, supermarkets and Yosemite; many guests highlighted the strong location.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable by many, but issues cited include bed dips, unpleasant smells, loose bathroom fittings, noisy AC and occasional missing/incorrect room setup.
Amenities
7.9
Features such as a pool, small fitness center, laundry and ice machine are appreciated; however problems (cold/unenjoyable pool, moldy ice machine, noisy AC) reduce the score.
Value for Money
8.6
Multiple guests noted good value and satisfaction for the price, with several stating they'd return; isolated reports of feeling overcharged or poorly served are exceptions.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast often described as good/varied, but several guests reported cold/frozen items, limited fruit selection and poor quality on occasion.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive stays for many visitors (clean, friendly staff, convenient location), tempered by occasional severe negatives (booking problems, cleanliness concerns) leading to a mixed but generally favorable overall impression.

Pros:

Convenient location; friendly staff, clean

Cons:

Our bed had a dip in the middle; also breakfast items were still frozen/cold when breakfast started so not as good as they could have been.
