Great location. Ample parking. Clean and updated room. Bathroom on the small side - but to be expected from older hotels.
Placed us on a lower floor - booking.com confirmation said we were to be on upper floor. They couldn't accommodate us at check-in. Noisy patrons (wedding?) outside front of building woke us up around 2 AM.
The staff was excellent. Very helpful in all areas, including lending us umbrellas when the weather took a turn. I would absolutely stay again.
Minor, but our toilet had a slight leak, so we used white noise to drown it out. We didn't tell the staff, as it was minor.
L.élégance du charme ancien.
Tout était parfait.
A great downtown location next to a lovely park.
Parking can be an issue if you don't know about the parking around the back entrance of Fitzroy. For years I didn't know that that parking lot existed.
I liked the historic building and the ambience.
Room a bit smaller .
Staff was extremely wonderful.
Out-dated: no fan in bathrooms, heating system extremely loud, no microwave. These are services that are included in most cheaper places. It is beautiful, in a great area but needs some TLC.
Great location

Wonderful stay, hotel was clean and beautiful. I loved the decor feel of elegance meets Victorian era ... It had so many spots to enjoy a good book.
The restaurant and bar was great, good food and great service.
