Staff was extremely wonderful.
Out-dated: no fan in bathrooms, heating system extremely loud, no microwave. These are services that are included in most cheaper places. It is beautiful, in a great area but needs some TLC.

Staff were friendly, very nice antique hotel with lots of character. The beds were comfortable but the hot water system was overwhelmed and there was not enough hot water to have a warm shower every time we tried to use the shower.
Beautiful hotel and very comfortable! We were able to relax and enjoy or stay in Charlottetown. We would definitely return to this hotel.
