Location is great. Beds were good. Front desk representative was cheerful and welcoming.

Cons:

Front desk could not locate our reservation. Told us we needed to call Booking.com. After frustrating attempts to contact Booking.com and the front desk representative helping several other customers coming in and out, she realized she had our reservation printed out after all. Then our key card did not work. Went back down for another and nearly left without being given the new room number assigned to the key card. The representative did apologize. Our room had the previous lodger's key cards left in front of the TV along with a bottle cap on the bathroom counter. The room cleaning was definitely unfinished. The beds were made. We were exhausted and kept the room. We would not choose this hotel again.

Horrible.
Cons:

The bed appeared to have blood stains or some other brown stain on the comforter and the sheets. Upon arriving nobody was at the front desk and I had to wait around 30 minutes to check in.
