Yo hice la reservación con Booking obviamente, pero la muchacha de atención al cliente no quiso ver mi número de reservación, yo puse que iba pagar al llegar al hotel, mi pareja pagó ahí en el hotel con su tarjeta y luego mi tarifa era $124 , y a él le cobraron $139.09 . También me hicieron el cargo a mí tarjeta y a él le hicieron reembolso pero llamamos y entendieron que el habia pagado allá en el hotel al llegar a hospedarnos, ese punto no me gusta nada que me quisieran hacer cargo a mi tarjeta cuando ya le habían cobrado a él con su tarjeta, y no respetaron el precio de booking al final el pago siempre $139.99 y no $124 como yo lo reservé ya con taxas precio que ustedes me darán acá , esa es mi queja que no respetó mi núm de reserva de booking la ignoro dijo No, y cobró más de lo debido.

Joy the evening front desk staff was very nice, accommodating and cheerful despite having to change my room 3x.

Cons:

We were assigned 425 which had no air conditioning and tv didnt function properly on a heat advisory day. The elevators were so hot I thought the devil winked at me. We were switched to 325 and the air was on blast but the room had a putrid smell, like a mixture of mold, fish and bad decisions. We were then placed on the 231 at last where the room was clean, cool and in proper order,but the phone didn't work. I should have known there was going to be issues with the air when I saw a box fan in the lobby.

Staff was great. Manager checked us in. Lobby was great and it even has a restaurant/bar. It's clean and the beds are comfy and the staff is very personable and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Its and older hotel so the rooms show some wear so expect that. Other than that it was great

Extremely disappointed to say the least.
Cons:

The AC unit in our room was broken and the temperature was absolutely boiling. It was hotter in our room than it was in the hotel hallway or outdoors. The front desk woman tried to fix it, then maintenance, still to no avail. Only solution they gave us was a desk fan that did little to nothing, or offer to switch us to a one bed room (for our four guest stay and we paid for two queen beds). We asked to speak to someone, said we’d be reach back out to after check out, which of course never happened. And I was given a phone number that didn’t work. Horrible stay.
