Location is convenient and reception staff helpful
Cleaning staff is not top of the line. Roman cleaning is summary and I always had to go down to reception to get coffee and tea refill(which worked only twice in four days)
De kamer
Incheckprocedure, we moesten wachten onze kamer was nog niet klaar. De medewerker heeft het wel netjes opgepakt.
Posto a 7 minuti aeroporto stanze grandi.
Temperatura camera NON REGOLABILE!! Ritengo una Gravissima mancanza.

Easy to access it from the airport, and the staff were excellent.
Slightly noisy neighbours..with a dog barking loudly in one of the rooms or in the corridor just after midnight.

Dat mijn collega voor de shuttle vooraf heeft betaald en ik dat nog eens over moest doen omdat het niet goed geregistreerd was.
L'hotel è sicuramente di livello, camere spaziose, molto pulite, colazione ottima (anche se costosa), letti comodi.
La posizione che è perfetta per andare in aeroporto ma non per chi, come me, aveva prenotato la camera per evitare il traffico di Amsterdam e al contempo andare ad Haarlem: Amsterdam è sicuramente lontana, la zona non è collegata tramite metro, anche la stazione di superficie più vicina è a 6 km, il traffico è abbastanza importante e per di più, nonostante l'hotel fosse situato in una zona spopolata (industriale), abbiamo dovuto pagare 15 euro al giorno di parcheggio (una costante nei Paesi Bassi che dovrebbe essere però evitata per gli ospiti degli alberghi almeno quelli di periferia) a cui si è aggiunta la spesa del parcheggio ad Amsterdam (una decina di ore = 68 euro). Peccato, un'altra volta opterei per un hotel centrale più costoso ma senza spesa doppia per il parcheggio e sicuramente più comodo per una visita a piedi della città.
I like the location, and I also really like having the option to rent a bike. The breakfast was also good.
On my last day, I was very tired and wanted to order a hamburger to eat in my room, but I was told that hamburgers were only available if I ate at the restaurant. There were other food options available for room service, but unfortunately, they were not choices I liked. I think having a wider selection of food available for room service would greatly improve the guest experience.
