Leider war die Anbindung bzgl. Buss und Bahn an diesem WE nicht gut für einen Ausflugnach Amsterdam, lies sich aber durch ein uber klären .

Wat karig ontbijt. Voor die prijs verwachtte we wat meer. Alleen de eerste dag maar van het ontbijt gebruik gemaakt, daarna zijn we buiten de deur gaan ontbijten.

The first thing we need to say is amazing staff shout out to Raf who made our stay so welcoming, we are renovating in Haarlem nearby and unable to live in our house. He gave us a spacious room enough for the kid to play around and parents to not walk all over each other. The kids package and play area downstairs really enchanted our daughter. He also organised a room for my husband to be able to take work call with the US at night, so he wouldn disturb the kid sleep. Which truly made such a difference. Second shout out to the breakfast and breakfast personal. True smiles, especially from the very friendly blond Italian hostess. Great to start the day this way.

Court séjour pratique, mais rapport qualité/prix moyen.
Pros:

L'accueil, la propreté, la fonctionnalité des lieux, le restaurant, le petit déjeuner, le calme, la douche.

Cons:

Prix élevé ... avec parking en supplément. Un peu plus de déco dans la chambre serait plus chaleureux.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Nadeel is alleen dat je gelijk in het Engels wordt aangesproken.
Ik was samen met mijn zoon, hadden eigenlijk een tweepersoonsbed maar konden een kamer krijgen met 2 aparte bedden voor dezelfde prijs.
Kamer klein maar verder prima en schoon.
Uitgebreid ontbijt, volop keus en verse broodjes en fruit.

Cons:

In de lobby kan je (fris)drank , ships en snoep e.d. kopen, dit is wel erg aan de prijs.
Maar aan 1 bed een stopcontact, zelf een stekkerdoos bij dus dit hebben we mooi op kunnen lossen.

Comfortable room but hotel lacks the personal touch, staff appear to be either disinterested or lacking local knowledge
Pros:

Modern, good room size, renovated room (5th floor) lift availability

Cons:

Breakfast options limited, no fresh berries, coffee machines not always available due to lack of milk or coffee beans, perhaps a 3rd machine required. Sunday morning was chaotic, looked like a war zone, no spoons or breakfast bowls and only one person actively trying to row against the tide to try and replenish food & cutlery etc. Reception staff not at all helpful or knowledgeable about the local area such as bus and train stops and even letterboxes.
