The staff is very cooperative and friendly, and everything was beautiful.
The location is good, conveniently situated between the airport and the city.

best gehorig, midden in de nacht gewekt worden door luid pratende gasten op de gang en slaande deuren, niet fijn als je volgende dag intensieve training moet volgen.
Ontbijt is prima, best uitgebreid. Personeel is ook vriendelijk.
De €15,- parkeerkosten die we opeens moesten betalen, dit hebben we voorgaande keren nooit hoeven betalen en hebben wij ook nergens gelezen tijdens het boeken. Ook vonden we de kamer niet erg schoon, best wat stof en wat vlekken. Het is wel hoogseizoen dus kan wel eens gebeuren
The reception and bar staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good.
There is no outdoor space or terrace. The room cleaning could have been a bit more attentive. The toilet bin was not emptied during my whole stay. An empty shower gel bottle was not replaced, so I had to find the cleaner to ask for it. Dirty glasses and cups were not removed. The face cloths, one of which was only lightly used, disappeared on my last day and were not replaced, while dirty hand towel I had left on the floor was not removed.

La chambre est super ainsi que le personnel.
Le frigo était vide, il aurait fallu offrir 2 ou 3 bouteilles d'eau fraîches aux clients, surtout en été le jour de leur venue à l'hôtel.Le parking est payant : 15 euros la nuit, pourtant , j'avais reçu un mail me disant que c'était exceptionnellement gratuit pour mon séjour de 2 jours. J'ai montré le mail à la réception, on m'a dit que c'est un mail de booking qui ne fonctionne pas avec l'hôtel mais la réception a quand même était sympa en m'offrant la deuxième nuitée de parking.

Large room, friendly service.
We arrived late in the evening and paid a high price for our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. We asked several times for a different room or a fan, but nothing was provided.
We were with two small children and had to sleep in a very hot room with no possibility of opening the windows. We were promised a 50% discount, but after one month we still have not received it.
I contacted both Booking and the hotel several times. I am leaving this negative review only because the promised compensation was never received. We are very disappointed.
