Estubimos en familia y me dieron un cuanto en el 400 y el otro en los 300 el cuarto tenía la carpeta rompida y el otro olía mal cancelamos y no me regresaron mi reembolso cuando el manger se dio cuenta de todo esto y no me quiso regresar el reembolso solo pasamos al cuarto a mirar y no nos gusto y no me regresaron mi dinero

Breakfast was great, swimming pool and slide were great, hot tub was great.

Cons:

Dual Queen bed rooms were unavailable after booking, had to settle for a single king bed with two extra roll of mattresses. Had to ask management to turn on water slide 30 minutes after we showed up.

Everything! It was a NICE place to stay, the kids were comfortable and they actually laid down to sleep without a fight!

Cons:

The little kiddie pool was very cold but water isn’t circulating so it’s a given it’ll be cold.

Solide und Sauber, sehr gute Lage, viele Lokale zu Fuss erreichbar, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

I was hoping for a nice stay. I didn't receive that.

I have always liked staying at this hotel. I have stayed here for 15 years now. It used to be a great place to stay.

Cons:

It was dirty, very run down. Loud. The elevator acted like it was going to drop and made odd banging noises. All doors slam.. Outside, inside, it doesn't matter they all slam. The whole hotel shakes when the drier is running, so much on the 3rd floor that resting in the day is impossible. The hotel thought having a 1-cup fresh brew coffee system would work. It absolutely doesn't. Especially when several (10-12) guests who all just want that first cup of coffee to wake up with. They can't because 5 minutes a person for one cup of coffee times 10-12 people... yeah, it takes way too long. The hotel allowed a birthday party in the pool area during my stay. This prohibited my family from swimming/hot tub because the pool and hot tub were already over capacity. They were allowed to take over the pool area for an entire night of our stay. The hotel staff also allowed food inside the pool. This got inside the pool. The guests left behind food, trash, and stuff floating in the pool, and hotel staff didn't clean the area after the party, the day after or day after that. Also, the party guests broke the metal stairs for getting our of the pool. This made it difficult after they left to use the pool safely. I am very disappointed. This was the worst stay in 15-plus years. I hope these major problems can be resolved before I stay here again. Especially for the price in the summer for a room..

Staff and room was clean.

Cons:

The hot water in the bathroom did not work like it should have. Hot water did not stay hot for long and temperature would change while showering. Hot water in sink had the same problem.
