Don't use the shuttle service back to the hotel!
Pros:

We have been extremely loyal guests at Holiday Inn. We have stayed at this particular Hotel every time we fly out of Salt Lake Airport. Today we waited at the airport for the shuttle for almost 2 hours. We called the hotel 3 times and still the shuttle never showed. Fortunately a driver from another hotel noticed how long we had been waiting and gave us a ride. We never received a call back to apologize for this terrible service. We won't be going back!

I loved the staff but won’t stay again after sleeping on the lumpiest bed i’ve ever been on.

Not what I booked. Bad experience.

I booked one room with two queen beds. When I got there they had one room with one King bed. I flew out there to get my daughter. I will not share a bed with her so I slept on a rollout. Horrible night sleep. They claimed it was booking.com fault. So I would like a refund or a credit. The cost was also $20 higher than what you quoted me. I am doubtful to ever use your platform again if this is not handled professionally.

This was a comfortable and convenient place to rest for the night!
Pros:

The staff was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was easy, and I loved the room. It was clean and comfortable after a long day of traveling. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice stop-over.
Pros:

Great overnight on way to "Cabo"had a nice time a their "Wing Tips" Bar with Kyle as our bartender. Super friendly and conversant. Great drink preparation! The Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Very friendly staff too. Shuttle service is also superb.
