הכל היה נקי והמלון ממוקם ליד הים
הצוות מאיר פנים, נחמדים ומאוד נעימים לכל בקשה.
החדרים ומתקני המלון נקיים ומסודרים לאורך כל שעות היום.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה, חדר האוכל מסודר ונקי. קרוב לירידה לחוף הים, לטיילת, לבית חב״ד ולמרינה לשאר המקומות לקחנו מונית.
אין קרח ואסור להכניס למתחם הבריכה אוכל ושתיה מבחוץ כי יש בר שמוכר שם וזה ההסכם שלהם עם המלון.

Nous étions un peu déçu du petit déjeuner. Pas de yaourts.pain froid .Pas du jour.d ailleurs on n est pas descendu les derniers jours.un peu loin de notre chambre.
Ds la chambre le bruit de l aération ds la salle de bain était très gênante

First the pros:
Staff were friendly, the location was fantastic for lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the harbour was only a 15 minute walk. The buffet breakfast was delicious and so much on offer, the omelette and smoked salmon were particularly good and my daughter really enjoyed the honeycomb. There was plenty of sunloungers around the pool, which we enjoyed but we did notice that certain people were being selfish and leaving their towels on the 3 larger beds every day to reserve them and then going out all day, a couple of times the staff did remove their towels after a couple of hours and said it wasn't permitted as unfair. There was also a small gym, an indoor pool and little spa (you had to pay extra for this). You get given pool towels too that you just changed them at the spa when you wanted or handed them back at the end of your stay so don't get charged. The rooftop bar was amazing watching the sunset with spectacular views whilst sipping cocktails! It was a milestone birthday and they kindly they left us a bottle of fizz in a bucket of ice in the room, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in the executive suite which was so quiet up there and had a beautiful pool view, but I would not recommend this room if there's more than two of you as it's advertised as 3 people..
Now the cons:
We were sadly very disappointed with the executive suite considering this is one of the most expensive rooms, it would have been perfect if it was just a couple, but when we made the booking which is advertised for 3 people and on contacting the property we advised our 16 yo would also be staying with us and we were led to believe she would be staying on a double sofa bed, but it was in fact a tiny sofa that did not pull out at all, so she was very cramped and uncomfortable the whole week as really it is only suitable for someone under 10. We did try to request to swap for one of the apartments instead for up to 4 people, but were told they were all now booked and all we could do would be to book another seperate room for her, but it would cost an £800 extra on top of the £2000 we had already paid and it was in a different part of the hotel....
Also be careful if you book to have your nails done for manicure in the spa as my daughter paid 54 euros (upfront when booking) for these but one of her nails ripped off in the night and another cracked that morning, but as we were leaving that day she didn't have the chance for this to be repaired !

The staff.
No water or towels in the gym. Some noise from the pool in night hours.
Very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, amazing facilities and overall a great value for money. I got a bamboo and aloe vera facial in their SPA centre during my stay and it was amazing, totally recommended! :)

לא הסכימו לנו לאכול את האוכל הכשר שלנו בצד הבריכה בשבת. בדגש על בצד.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה, טריה ומצוינת (גם בסטנדרטים ישראליים). מיקום מצוין בלב האזור המרכזי של פאפוס. הכל היה נקי, החל מתחזוקה שוטפת של החדר ושל כל השטחים הציבוריים. צוות המלון היה אדיב מאוד מאוד ומילא במהירות אחר כל בקשותינו. במקרה אחד, נפלו לבת הזוג שלי משקפי השמש שלה ממרפסת החדר והצוות איתר אותם במהרה והניח אותם בהיעדרנו על מיטתנו בחדר. המלון הפך את השהות שלנו בפאפוס לנעימה במיוחד ואין בכלל ספק שנחזור אליו גם בעתיד.
