Leonardo Hotel, good base for sightseeing
Pros:

Great location, 5 minutes from a car park and the Royal Albert Dock. Close to major sights, shopping and eateries. We had a great view from room of the Liverpool wheel, the Mersey and Liver building. Lovely bright hotel and staff were polite and attentative. Good value for a 4 star hotel with breakfast.

Outstanding hotel in a perfect central location
Pros:

Everything was exceptional.
Especially liked that the baths are that little bit lower, making stepping in and out of it easier.
Excellent location.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The bodywash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were all empty.
Didn't realise until I was actually in the shower and went to use them. Luckily I had my wash bag near by.

worth it
Pros:

staff were brilliant food good recommend suite you get 20 per cent food drink vouchers and free drink and coffee vouchers

Nice stay room could have been much cleaner more attention needs to be made as it suppose to be a 5 star!!!

Would stay here again, fantastic relaxing stay thanks staff

Came for our 50 th wedding anniversary, staff were fab, upgraded our room , good atmosphere in bar, comfy beds, bathroom spotless, had everything you need in the room , thankyou

Parking was recommended but not easy to find, we ended up in the kings dock , a five minute walk to the Leonardo,

The best hotel in Liverpool
Pros:

The staff are always wonderful - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were ready on arrival, were comfortable and had great views. The food was good quality and nicely presented. It's always a joy to stay here

Pros:

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the time I arrived until I checked out there was nothing I could find fault with. I will definitely go back.
