Great location and breakfast.
Pros:

Location was excellent for Albert dock and the Coop Arena. The on site bar was very good also. Staff were efficient and friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Very good value.

Cons:

The two rooms that I booked both had a nasty stain on the carpet, which looked like coffee stains. I thought housekeeping could do something about getting them cleaned properly. One morning we had no hot water. Reception said one of their boilers had tripped but had been sorted. Not long after, the water was hot again. Not a problem for us but if you were going to a meeting or work it could have been.

die Lage zum Flussufer und Messegelände und Restaurants am Albert Dock war gut.

Cons:

Frühstück war einfach, aber ok, Zimmerkarte musste 3x neu eingelesen werden.

Our favourite Liverpool hotel
Pros:

Staff can't be faulted, they're excellent. Breakfast is well organised with good selection of food and good service. All areas feel comfortable and welcoming. Location is quiet as it's away from the city centre

The rooms can be a bit expensive
