Nice location but rooms need a little bit of TLC.
Pros:

Good location. Good price. Good room facilities iron ironing board etc.

Cons:

Room and bathroom a bit tired. No tissues in tissue box in bathroom. Carpet a bit grubby.
A worrying feature was there was access to all floors available from back entrance with no key card straight into the lifts up to all floors open for anyone that wanted to get in or potentially follow a single person in.

My happy place to unwind and relax.
Pros:

I always stay in a suite as it’s such amazing value, I travelled alone this time, I was given the usual vouchers, I used the drinks vouchers to get a large Jack Daniels, no mixer, the barman said I’d have to have it in 2 glasses! I explained that even when travelling with a member of my family I always have the same drink and use the 2 vouchers, he relented, but it was quite embarrassing. It was nice to see the head board had been replaced since staying last month in the lamb banana, love everything about this hotel .

Cons:

There was no hot water until the morning.

Terrible old place, totally overrated and overpriced
Pros:

Except for the location, nothing.

Cons:

Terrible old place, totally overrated and overpriced. Stuck in the 70s, with disgusting rugs, bad air in the rooms, old, and does not feel clean at all, the breakfast is probably the worst I have ever seen. The price was close to £900 for 3 nights!
