Location very handy

Cons:

The receptionist was very unhelpful when there was a mix up with my booking - making it my problem and not offering a solution. Not a good start to the stay - hence the poor rating

Tolle Lage, gute Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Events in Liverpool ideal. Die Zimmer sind gut. Das personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad ist mit der Wanne eher in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, könnte aber vielfältiger sein.

Location was excellent .

Cons:

Room was a fantastic size. However, it was VERY tired. Carpet stained, bathroom very dated. One little thing to note, take your own water. £3.99 for a tiny bottle of water is a bit steep! 🤯
