Worst experience ever, stay away from this resort and its non existent customer service.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything could have been better, from the way they greet you once you step foot on their door, to the way they treat you and the way they handle any upcoming issues. Stay as far as humanly possible from this property or any of its affiliated properties. Once they take your money, you are nonexistent to them. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. I would give it zero (0) starts if that was an option.

We booked at a neighbouring hotel to escape the road noise, not a hotel we would recommend.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast

Cons:

Furnishings are frayed and dated.
Pool is not clean and many of the accessories in room show signs of wear and tear.
Proximity to road and constant road noise whether when swimming or relaxing in our room meant we were not able to relax. We checked out early and went to stay at a neighbouring hotel.
