Pros:

Établissement très bien situé. En plein cœur de Montréal. Pas du tout bruyant.

Cons:

Un gros problème absolument tous les jours pour avoir le bon nombre de serviettes! Nous étions 4 et nous avions tous les jours soit 2 ou 3 serviettes… Nous nous sommes plaints plusieurs fois à la réception, à chaque fois le problème a été résolu mais le lendemain rebelotte… La situation était assez énervante et absolument pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. À part ce souci récurrent, le séjour était très agréable.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Instalaciones comunes muy buenas (piscina, sauna, spa, hot tub al descubierto). Localización cercana a oficinas y zonas comerciales.

Le personnel est tres accueillant, la chambre très spacieuse, ils ont souligné l’anniversaire de mon fils avec une carte et un gateau dans la chambre!!

The staff were extraordinarily nice.
Pros:

The room was spacious the air conditioning was good, but we were also able to open our expansive window. Being able to let in fresh air means a lot to me. The bathroom was also a good size and the walk-in shower was a great feature— and easy to operate.

Cons:

The only not very important point at issue was that the air conditioning actually made the room a bit chilly and we weren’t able to adjust it. We did not mention this or ask for help because it was no big deal.

The tub was dirty, the breakfast was terrible, they didn’t even have proper milk or cream for your coffee. They had it in the little packets like you’re going through a drive-through. There was a leak in my bathroom from the ceiling all over the floor, there was a noise, maybe from a fan all night that kept me up, the staff looked like they were Deer in headlights all the time. They moved me to a better room because of the leak in the bathroom, but the tub was dirty in that room. There was no water pressure. They said something broke and then when it started brown water came out of the tap. It was just a bad experience.

Montreal stay near Bell Centre
Pros:

This was directly near the Bell Centre where I needed to be for work. The staff were courteous and the rooms were spacious. I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room but otherwise it was clean and a good atmosphere.

Great location, service, and comfort
Pros:

Stayed here for four days. A great location, close to the 747 bus stops to get to and from the airport. Easy to walk anywhere in the downtown area, or to take the bus or metro to other parts of Montreal. The Provigo grocery store a block south of the hotel had everything you'd need for food and other supplies.
We had a Junior Balcony Suite, which was quite roomy. A door separated the bedroom from the living room. A very long desk/work area along a wall of the living room let us spread things out. Bathroom was clean, things worked well.
The front desk staff was very helpful, including arranging for a late 2pm checkout on our departure day. The on-site Thai restaurant, Siam, was quite good.

I would have been very satisfied if I had a hot shower or at least some attempt to offset our discomfort.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent.

Cons:

There were three of us in the room. The first person had a hot shower and the other two received cold showers. I received an apology, but that was little to offset the inconvenience of not having a proper shower. The room charge should have reflected more than suboptimal conditions.
