Large comfortable suite in central location
Pros:

Location of this hotel is great, and our room was large and comfortable. No noise from adjoining rooms at all and accommodating and helpful of requests.

Cons:

The furnishings in the room were very tired and old, lots of scuff marks, stains, peeling paint and the decor was very dated. Gave the impression that there hadn't been much upkeep of the room over the years.

Just as an example, there is staff on the lobby constantly, but no one has the initiative to open the door for, even when you arrive with huge amount of luggage..

Séjour assez mitigé et décevant.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, très proche de quelques arrêts de bus et d’une station de métro. Il y a plusieurs bonnes adresses supers sympas pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner à quelques minutes à pieds depuis l’hôtel.

Cons:

La maître-nageuse de la piscine était particulièrement désagréable. Nous nous sentions observés et harcelés, si bien que nous avons été à la piscine que 2 x 30 minutes durant toute notre semaine de vacances. Une des raisons pour laquelle nous avons pris cette hôtel était la piscine et nous nous faisions une joie de pouvoir en profiter mais une fois sur place l’ambiance n’était pas du tout agréable et détendu comme nous aurions pu le souhaiter. Le jacuzzi était inaccessible 1 fois sur 2 pour une raison inconnue.

Notre au chambre (1018) au 10ème étage était particulièrement bruyante. Les équipements extérieurs de ventilation en toiture juste à côté étaient assez dérangeant pour ma part, surtout la nuit. Il y avait un bruit sourd d’un extracteur qui tournait.

La climatisation de la chambre était vraiment terrible. Le bruit était assez fort et ne régulait pas bien du tout. Aucune régulation de la vitesse, toujours à fond. Je suis même tombé malade en fin de semaine.

Plusieurs fois durant la semaine 1 des ascenseurs voir les 2 sont tombés en panne, notamment une journée complète, les employés ont dû faire monter et descendre les personnes par le monte charge complètement engorgé.

C’est inacceptable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. On aurait plutôt dit un 3 étoiles voir même moins car la seule différence avec un 3 étoiles ce sont les équipements et là pour le coup c’était surtout vis à vis de tout ces désagréments.

Enfin, le personnel de l’hôtel n’était pas spécialement chaleureux pour un établissement Montréalais !

Très bien situé ( juste à quelques mètres d'une station de métro et arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport) . Hôtel avec de très belles prestations ( spa , salle de sports ...) et suites très spacieuses et très bien équipées.
Propreté irréprochable !
Un sans faute .
