I would definitely stay here again. A bit off the beaten track yet close to everything.
Pros:

I really like the location near Nove ferry station - great Alilaguna access to the airport and for public ferries to San Marco and other nearby islands including Lido. It's also a short walk to the main street through to Rialto and San Marco. The rooms are spacious and a bit fancy with ornate wall coverings, lights and mirrors. The windows open onto the street allowing for fresh air and light. The bathroom is spacious and well designed. The complementary snacks and wine bar on the ground floor are a blessing.

Cons:

Perhaps it's unavoidable but the floating wooden floorboards make a hell of a stomping racket as other guests are moving across their room overhead. Might be best to take a top floor room to avoid this. We had one couple at it until the early hours as they prepared for an early flight.

Good location, very clean, outstanding breakfast, No1 room ground floor very dark and didn't compare very well to advertized pictures.

Ottimo boutique hotel, posizione comoda ma appartata
Pros:

Ottimo mix tra posizione comoda, in mezzo a Cannaregio, vicina un po' a tutto, e zona appartata e silenziosa, subito fuori dalle vie più turistiche e commerciali. Molto bella la zona camminando verso Castello, consigliata.
Hotel con il fascino storico veneziano ma sufficientemente moderno e rinnovato nei servizi. Camera molto grande. Colazione ottima e staff davvero molto disponibile, anche nel permetterci di portare il nostro cane.

Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la saletta ristoro all’ingresso dell’hotel. Perfetta per riposarsi al ritorno dalle lunghe passeggiate.
Ottime le colazioni e gentilissimo il personale.

Correct pour très court séjour
Pros:

Grande chambre, rue calme, café et viennoiseries offerts sans frais en pm et soirée…délicate attention.

Cons:

Installation de la douche, petit dej moyen, accès à l’hôtel avec valises…plusieurs escaliers.

OK - das Personal sollte geschult werden, um die Gäste in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut - viele Restaurants & Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Das Personal war -mit Ausnahme einer Dame an der Rezeption am Abreisetag montags- nicht besonders freundlich oder zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich - das Personal grüßte morgens nicht einmal sondern fragte nur unmotiviert nach unserer Zimmernummer.
