Perfect location and exactly what you need for a short stay!!
El restaurante. Espectacular la presentación y la variedad y calidad de la comida.
El uso del ascensor es caótico. Solo iba uno con el hotel casi lleno. Tardaba muchísimo en llegar. Y a las indicaciones les hace falta unas reformillas para ser un 4 estrellas.
Good location, far away from all the noise but only 10-15 min walk.
We got no sun on the balcony, the food was standad and basically, paid for full board but this wasn't not including any drink at all which was disappointing especially at meal times the spa was not included in full boad only all inclusive which again was disappointing and also was not advertised.

We ate out most of time
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy within easy walking distance to bars, shops and the beach. There was a vast selection of food with lots of fruit and salads and they catered for all tastes.
There were no cups or glasses in the room, we had to ask at reception and wait. I had no sheets on my bed and had to ask twice. Otherwise, everything was well organised.
Rooms were nice and spacious ,a few amenities given and soap dispensers.
Late check out at 12 is good

Liked that you couldn’t get to any room areas upstairs without a keycard to activate lift and 24 hour manned reception - felt safe
Is a 5/10 min walk to beach depending on your mobility speed
There is lots of shops/supermarkets and some bars close by on same street
Let us leave bags on arrival in a baggage room as check in is quite late at 4pm and we arrived very early in the morning.
It’s not very central - quite far away from central area of main bars and restaurants in Benidorm and old town is very far away
Be careful when booking on booking.com as they take the money in euros so if your paying in other currencies can end up more expensive on exchange rate changes and transaction fees. (Not hotels fault directly but just to be aware)
Tv wasn’t great with channel options
No tea/coffee making facilities or even proper cups/glasses to have drinks in room (we had to use paper cups that were in the bathroom)
would have expected this at a minimum when booking a proper hotel property. Because there was a fridge so you could have your own drinks/food in there.
The rooms were a bit dated, our curtain rail was hanging off slightly (didn’t affect use) and a bit of obvious damage from water/condensation over the years in the bathrooms but didn’t affect our stay really as just used as a base and we didn’t use any facilities in the hotel other than the breakfast.

Price and location.
Hotel was tired, dirty and charged extra for everything, including an awful gym, which should be free. Breakfast choices are very limited and cheap rubbish. Not recommended.
I'll rate a 3 out of 5 purely for fact it was cheap and close to benedorm palace.
Pillows were awful and 1 pillow per bed.

The lifts are a bit confusing
Staff were lovely to be fair, comfortable beds and rooms were serviced well.
They did provide a kettle when requested and there was a fridge in the room.
One issue is the fact that they turn off the tea/coffee machines for lunch and dinner. And you can't even order a tea from the waiter. Only way was to leave the buffet altogether and go out to the bar. My mum was quite put out by this as she enjoys a cup of tea with her dinner.
The food was just okay. Better off just eating out to be honest. Lovely restaurant across the road.
Pool looked awful, not in anyway as nice as the photos.
You had to pay extra for the safe, and you had to pay 18e per day just to use the indoor pool gym and jacuzzi. Unbelievably bad
Hotel was lovley and clean staff very friendly nd welcoming, room was clean, only down side would be if u liked a coffee or tea in the room u can’t as there’s a kettle but no cups tea bags etc! The food was lovley always something to have and always fresh

El baño que estaba reformado
La rejilla de la salida del aire debería ser blanca pero con la suciedad que tenía era negra.
La mesa tenía motas blancas desconociendo cuál podría ser ese material. Por lo tanto la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia y la noche de habitación salió por 190€ euros con desayuno incluido, del buffet no nos podemos quejar . Tiene servicio de spa pero se tiene que pagar 20€ por persona
