Poor quality
Pros:

The breakfast was poor but fortunately they had soya products which I like.

Cons:

Too expensive for the offered quality.
Room floor very much damaged with holes between the floor panels.
Bad smell coming out from the sink.
The shower was full of limescale.

Very poor for a 3-star hotel. I don’t recommend.

Als je in een rolstoel zit, niet doen!

De locatie

Cons:

Ik reis met een vriendin in een rolstoel en heb hiervoor gebeld en gemaild dit was geen enkel probleem. Maar een half uur voor vertrek kreeg ik een mail dat het hotel en de kamers niet rolstoel toegankelijk zijn?! Schandalig en ook veel te laat gemeld een hoop stress . Alle trein en bus assistentie was hier ook al voor gepland en hotel niet bereikbaar! Mijn moeder heeft uiteindelijk contact gehad en ze zouden een plaat bij de ingang leggen. Als de elektrische stoel gedemonteerd werd kon hij zonder mijn vriendin in de lift en kon zei daarna in de lift en ook de kamer en badkamer waren niet toegankelijk met rolstoel. Als compensatie kregen we ontbijt aangeboden dit zou om 7 uur kunnen, gelukkig want om 7:15 waren de bus/trein en assistente geregeld. Maar je raadt het al, om 7:10 nog niemand en geen ontbijt!! Dus moesten we alles heel duur in het attractiepark en dierentuin kopen. Ik vind dit echt schandalig zeker omdat we van tevoren gebeld en gemaild hebben toen was het geen probleem en op de ochtend van vertrek krijg je dan z’n mail. Ik zou dit hotel daarom aan niemand aanraden het heeft ons en onze ouders heel veel stress en werk bezorgd en daardoor hebben we niet van onze reis kunnen genieten.

Good value but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Well located next to a tram. Good value. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

The wall to the ‘hall’ was paper thin and could hear everything, including the lift going up and down and neighbours having extremely loud calls (could hear both sides of the conversation) for long periods of time. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room was extremely dark (which was good for sleep ins but needed lights on even on sunny days). The curtains were broken so couldn’t fully open or fully close.
