Pros:

Отель новый, чисто, номера хорошие. Район тихий,спокойный,вокруг новые жилые комплексы,рядом есть супермаркеты. Совсем рядом станция метро и трамвая. Персонал внимательный,вежливый. Особенно хотелось бы отметить Татьяну из ресторана, мы ей очень благодарны за внимание и помощь. У отеля есть свой паркинг.

Cons:

Может,это и не так, но создалось впечатление,что отель экономит и старается как можно больше зарабатывать на клиентах. Например, предлагают отказаться от уборки номера и получить 5 евро,которые можно потратить только на покупку снеков и напитков на лобби по завышенным ценам. Логичнее ,на мой взгляд, было бы давать скидку на оплату завтраков,например,тем более,что они там не дешевые. В номере нет чайной станции,холодильник практически не охлаждает. По расположению отеля, он находится довольно далеко от центра, поездка на метро занимает 1-1,5 часа примерно,с несколькими пересадками.

Was a good stay
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bed was SUPER comfortable.

Breakfast was nothing WOW but there a lot of option so i would give 8/10

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. There is a shopping mall with few restaurants near by.

A Noticeable and Welcome Upgrade to the Guest Experience!
Pros:

Returned to find refreshed furniture, a warmer welcome, and great room additions like toiletries, a bathrobe, and slippers. The arrival sweets and welcome drink were lovely touches. I especially appreciated the sustainable €5 food voucher perk for opting out of housekeeping. A fantastic, much-improved stay!
