Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

La douche
La camera molto bella, anche la sala dove si mangia molto carina. Comoda la posizione perché ha il capolinea di un mezzo pubblico a 5 minuti a piedi che arriva dritto in centro.
Lo staff era quasi indifferente alla nostra presenza presso la struttura, anche i servizi non erano gli stessi indicati dall’annuncio online; mancava la sauna con la sala massaggi e mancava anche il simulatore automobilistico della fanatec.

Aracımızla italya turu yaparken floransa durağımız için bu oteli tercih ettik. Öncelikle otoparklarının olması bizim için çok önemliydi. Şehir merkezine yarım saatte bir otelden ücretsiz shuttle gitmesi bizi çok mutlu etti. Oda temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltı oldukça iyiydi. Herkese göre yiyecek seçenekleri vardı. Özellikle Türk bir çift olarak kahvaltıdan mutlu ayrıldık.
Gece otele geldiğimizde kapı kapalıydı ve içeri girmek için bir süre beklemek durumunda kaldık. Fakat sabah bu sorunu söylediğimizde oldukça ilgilendiler ve özür dilemek için indirim yaptılar. Bu davranışları ile gönlümüzü kazandılar. Sonraki seyehatlerimiz için yine tercih ediyor olacağız.
Excellent breakfast
Location was horrible-nothing around needed a car for meals. Hotel restaurant was good, but closed on Sunday( which we didn’t know).
Bagno minuscolo in una superior deluxe. Ho dimenticato un caricatore iphone e nessuno si é premurato di scrivermi, ma va bene cosi, dettagli che dovrebbero far capire l attenzione al cliente.
