Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

Très bon petit déjeuner mais il est dommage que des fruits frais ne soient pas proposés.
La première chambre qui nous a été proposée était horrible à cause de son accès direct à la piscine, impossible de se sentir "chez soi". Devant notre refus catégorique d'accepter cette chambre nous avons eu droit à une chambre parfaite au premier étage avec un balcon très appréciable.
La photo de la piscine est trompeuse. A quelle heure de la journée est il possible de prendre le soleil allongé sur un transat au bord de la piscine ? L'hôtel l'entoure par 3 côtés avec, sur 2 des côtés, les chambres à moins d’un mètre du bord (d’où notre refus de la première chambre proposée).
Le restaurant est correct.
La navette très appréciable.

Un gioiellino! Appena ristrutturato con la SPA che sarà pronta a breve. Piccolo ma completo di tutti i comfort e soprattutto molto rilassante con arredi di livello. La piscina è piccolina ma relata attimi di pace. Dista un quarto d'ora di macchina da Firenze per permette di uscire dal caos. Il ristorante è super bello e di livello altissimo. Staff disponibile e simpatico!
