Viešnagė buvo puiki - visa komanda yra dėmesinga, paslaugi, nuoširdi, jautėmės kaip namie👍😀. Ypatingai energinga yra Marija - ji randa laiko pakalbinti kiekvieną🫶👏. Maistas - įvairus ir kokybiškas, ypač skanūs mėsos patiekalai, įvairios troškintos daržovės. Kartą per savaitę ant viešbučio stogo vyksta graikiškas vakaras su gyva muzika, dainomis ir šokėjais, kurie ne tik atlieka savo pasirodymus, bet įtraukia ir visus viešbučio svečius. Automobiliui parkuoti vietos visada rasdavome. Viešbutis geroje vietoje beveik Kretos viduryje - per dieną galima nuvažiuoti ir grįžti tiek į vakarinę, tiek į rytinę pusę. Tik važiuojant į Balos paplūdimį reikia arba labai labai anksti išvažiuoti arba pernakvoti kur nors vakarinėje dalyje. Šiuo metu Kretos rytinėje dalyje vyksta rimti naujų kelių tiesimo darbai, todėl važiuojant į Agios Nikolas, automobiliai iš autostrados yra nukreipiami apvažiavimams, bet kas keletą kilometrų stovi darbuotojai, kurie nurodo važiavimo kryptį, taip kad nepaklysite😂

Excellent hotel with exceptional service

Wonderful hotel, exceptional staff who were very kind and helpful when I arrived confused and exhausted. Beautiful rooms and delicious Greek food. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Overall, the hotel was fine - clean, spacious room and friendly staff.

Cons:

The whole area looks a bit tired. Also, I didn’t like being “threatened” with a note in the bathroom stating that “towels lying on the floor won’t be replaced". This is not about being environmentally conscious anymore - I want my towel to be changed if it becomes dirty for some reason. Breakfast was not enjoyable at all, but I understand this is a matter of taste.

J'ai eu droit à un surclassement, et donc un logement bien plus grand! Très confortable,propre,spacieux et salle de bains moderne ! Tout le personnel est super accueillant et gentil. Il font buffet aussi le soir, ce qui m'a bien dépanner! Le petit déjeuner et bien fournis et bon! Le seul petit hic que je pourrais noté c'est que mon logement étais assez bruyant, car la route juste à côté, et j'ai le sommeil léger en plus! Mais sinon tout le reste étais bien!

Cons:

Dostala jsem zdarma upgrade z standardního pokoje na junior suite. Pokoj byl velký, ale mimo areál hotelu, po schodech bez výtahu a cesta tam večer byla strašidelná. Kdybych měla na výběr, asi dám přednost pokoji přímo v hotelu. Ale jinak to bylo fajn. Spíš mě tohle zaskočilo.

Comodo per un arrivo/partenza da Heraklion.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione a pochi km dall'aeroporto di Heraklion (Candia). Hanno anche una piccola piscina da poter utilizzare come relax (10:00 - 18:00). siNel prezzo della camera era inclusa un trattamento in mezza pensione con serata greca in terrazza purtroppo ci è stato detto che la serata era stata annullata (perchè invece di 100 ospiti ce n'erano solo 50) al nostro arrivo. Volendo organizzano anche dei transfer per l'aereoporto. Comodo la vicinanza ad alcune spiagge molto belle.

Cons:

A parte l'annullamento della serata greca senza preavviso, non c'è altro che non mi sia piaciuto. Il segnale wifi al primo piano era un pò debole.
