Well worth a visit and stay. Our 3 night stay was relaxing and enjoyable. From food to the spa.

Bellissimo hotel, personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione stupenda e Massimo è super efficiente! Anche il mio cane si è sentito un principino.

Unica pecca il poco parcheggio esterno che viene occupato da chi va al ristorante e sinceramente ho trovato inopportuno che mi si parcheggiasse la macchina a 25€ senza avvisarmi prima

A nice stay with very service minded staff.
Pros:

The communication with the staff. They Location of the terrace for evening meals. Great offer with the chauffeur back and forth to Cortina.

Cons:

We had paid for half board but the meny in the evening was not well balanced so we had to complain about that. The hotel took action after our complaint and served excellent and balanced meny after that.

Loved every second in this place! Cannot recommend enough!

First and foremost - absolutely fantastic staff, super friendly, super professional, always helped out with every need. Massimo! Egke! Simply the best! Plus everyone loves dogs here! Beautiful room, great cosmetics, very good breakfast.
Also cannot recommend enough the pool! It's so rare to find a 25m indoor pool at a hotel! Went to it every day. Another fitness highlight - the gym! Usually hotel gyms are poorly equipped. This gym however, although not huge, contains absolutely everything you could need (also - everything looked new, everything from Technogym): cardio machines, free weights, barbells, racks etc etc.
Located outside the center but you can either do a beautiful 2km walk or take a complimentary shuttle any time you please (between 8am and 8pm), ready for you in under 10 minutes whenever asked for it. Will be coming back to this hotel for sure!

Abbiamo appena concluso il nostro soggiorno e non possiamo che esprimere un giudizio eccellente. La struttura è davvero accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio, pulita e molto piacevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, che si è dimostrato di una gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità davvero rare. Sempre sorridenti, attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti e pronti a dare consigli utili con grande cortesia: hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Todos os funcionários da recepção: Suzana, Ariana e as outras meninas. Café da manhã o Sr. Máximo é incrível com uma simpatia contagiante. Atendimento tb do pessoal do restaurante nota 10. Incrível a simpatia desta equipe, todos preocupados também em falar português e falam muito bem. Parabéns.

Wonderful experience with exceptionally friendly staff
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, including the GM Daniele who was always there for us. The “all can do” attitude was amazing! We had a dog with us and he became a true mascot for the staff and the other guests as well.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious salty and sweet options. We opted HB and it included the dishes of the day plus other options on the fixed menu, which all were really good. The wine list included over 150 carefully picked wines (by Daniele) mainly from Italy and France.

The rooms were large enough and nicely decorated. The Spa section was very elegant with the full sized pool, the Turkish hammam and the Finnish sauna. The gym was equipped with an adequate set of Tecnogym free weights (professional bar + plates more than 100kg) and a stepper and bike equipment.

The shuttle service worked like a clock for us when we went to ski and then back to the resort.
