Pretty much everything other than the location. Had issues repeatedly every time I left my room with my key card to be able to get back in the room. Front desk didn’t seem to care. Would not stay here again.

My little gem.

Friendly staff Kudos to the front desk, lady at the café. Rooms clean everything excellent.

I checked out at 6:30 AM on 9 July 2026 after going to a concert at the Raymond James Stadium, which didn’t end till 11 or 1130pm by the time I got back to the hotel, I got into bed went to sleep woke up the next morning and checked out at 6:30am in the morning so I was there less than 24 hours when I got there they charged my card $100. They didn’t just hold it and normally that’s not how they do it, # 2) apparently when I called because they had not released that hundred dollars, the man at 1:45 PM on July 9 2026 told me that they were keeping my money because there was a stain on the sheets? I said well I didn’t eat anything I didn’t have time and I’m not sure what they were saying would be other than makeup which is organic, so it should wash right out. He says they don’t go by washing it out. They charge you if there’s anything on the sheets. Now mind you, this is a hotel that’s a discounted hotel, and the sheet he’s telling me are $50 per sheet set, plus $200 for the comforter set?? so really I owe more money and I said I owe money for getting organic makeup on sheets that are in a hotel that’s a discounted hotel and you’re keeping my hundred dollars he said yes we could send you pictures? WHAT T~F? so somebody is pocketing the money there or there’s some kind of scam going on because I have never ever in my life, & I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never been charged for makeup stains or makeup on sheets, especially in a discounted hotel⁉️so convenient location. Staff was not great and after them stealing my hundred dollars there’s no way I would stay there again.
