Genel olarak gayet iyi bir oteldi. Tekrar tercih ederdim
Pros:

Konum çok iyi, lobide hergün kurabiye, kahve, şarap ikramları, girişteki atıştırmalık ikramı iyi hissettiriyor. Yatakları rahat, temizdi. Konum güvenli ve merkezi idi.

Cons:

Odalar küçüktü( bu kadar merkezi bir yerde normal sanırım). Kahvaltıda plastik tabak çatal biraz garip hissettirdi.

Pros:

Perfect location in midtown and good breakfast

Cons:

There were no cinnamon rolls on the breakfast buffet. That's one of the reasons we book Holiday In Express.

Fatal el servicio de ascensores y pésimo desayuno
En cuanto a la fianza, pésimo. Tienes que estar llamando después de 1 mes de haberte ido para que te devuelvan el dinero porque ellos se limpian las manos y si no lo reclamas, te quedas sin 250$ por habitación. Es lamentable

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario y productos de aseo personal de muy buena calidad. El desayuno buffet variado y muchas opciones para elegir. El personal muy amable, te regalan botellitas de agua 2 veces al dia, mantienen todo limpio y te guardan las maletas hasta el check-in o check-out. Lo mejor la ubicación; lugar tranquilo para lo acelerado y bullicio nocturno de la ciudad; cerca de todo: del metro, tren, restaurantes, comercio y varias atracciones. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Right around the corner from MSG!
Pros:

The staff was excellent. I can't say enough how courteous they were, and they were consistently very nice to everyone. We dropped our bags off before check-in, and it was seamless. They provided little bottles of water throughout the entire time we were there. They helped us schedule a airport shuttle for a 3am pick-up that we wouldn't have known about had we not asked! One morning we were running behind, and they very kindly asked if we were done so that they could put the breakfast items away. Very polite, helpful, went above and beyond -- thank you! Lastly, this little IHG is a diamond with being one block away from MSG.

Cons:

The ice machine was on the lobby floor and it typically took 20 minutes to get ice from the 11th floor. That said, it's NYC, so standing, waiting and inconveniences is all part of the trip experience.
