Expectativas superadas
Pros:

Todo perfecto, el personal increíblemente amable, la limpieza, la abundancia del desayuno, las atenciones con los clientes (botellitas de agua a disposición, café, pack de bienvenida, guarda equipaje, check in temprano, …). Casi todos los recepcionistas hablan español.
Me habría encantado dejar propina pero no tienen posibilidad de hacerlo con tarjeta: esto deberían resolverlo ya.
El baño está renovado de hace poco tiempo, así que perfecto.
Recomiendo bajar a desayunar más temprano de las 8 y media, se nota que a partir de esa hora hay más gente pero eso no es un problema del hotel.

Cons:

En los días que estuvimos no hubo beicon en el desayuno 🥲🥲🥲 Ahora en serio, todo mejor de lo esperado, no podría decir nada malo de este hotel y su personal.
Ah, no hay nevera en la habitación y el suelo de la habitación es de moqueta, como en casi todos los hoteles.

Convenient to everything
Pros:

My wife and I were visiting our son.. at the same time the World Cup was in NYC 😂
The manager was always so friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. Room was comfy and shower worked great!
Having a free hot breakfast with good variety was a plus and there was even a wine hour from 4-5pm which was quite nice.
Hotel also offered free water and use of bikes.
All in all a great hotel for a first timer to the big apple.
