Staff was nice, but I would probably not come back.
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

Elevator broken and our room was 5th floor. Asked the young lady at the front to text me when the elevators are working. I never got the text. Only stayed 1 night. At check out we walked down the stairs and at the lobby floor we saw people using the elevator. Disappointed that I wasn’t notified. It was very inconvenient to carrying bags going up and down stairs to fifth floor.

Pros:

Close and convenient to restaurants and family.

Cons:

The elevator sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. The pool was a little too cold and the slice was only open on Friday and Saturday.

Pictures were a bit and the area/location was questionable. Lots of homeless people around.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included with our stay and we chose not to pay the extra fee.

Cons:

There were 2 elevators with one out of order. The 'working' elevator had a 4-person maximum and made such awful noises we took the stairs to the 5th floor the entire stay.

Don't waste your time or money!
Pros:

My Son and I checked into our rooms next to each other on the 4th floor, on June 20, 2026 and immediately going up to our rooms on the elevator from hell, that shakes and sounds like it's going to crash to the street below, says 4 people limit, but that wasn't being followed since it took forever to catch the elevator people wanted on it, I go into my room and immediately get a smell of skunky mildew, which I was too damn tired to fight about that, so I unpack everything, my toiletries, clothes, etc... My son and I go down to the hotel restaurant to eat, go back to our rooms, and I notice immediately the thermostat on the wall reads 86 degrees, I'm like oh no, the air conditioner isn't working, so I attempt to call the lobby on the room phone, it doesn't work! I call on my cell phone was able to get out a little bit of the issue, but the call cuts off, so I walk down to the lobby and the desk clerk is super rude, telling me I need to move rooms but nothing on the 4th floor, I was not happy about that because my son and I specifically requested rooms next to each other, as my son is an adult autistic, I like being next door to him, but she said that there was nothing, so I go back up to my room, start repacking everything I had unpacked, texted my son I need help to move my belongings to the 5th floor, I get in the room, and go get ice, the ice machine was broke! My son went swimming he said it was freezing even the other kids at the pool told me it was freezing, all of the fire escape stairs next to the elevators were out of order, next to an elevator from hell, was the out of order stairs! I did ask for a discount on the ridiculous cost of $365.00 for 2 rooms, someone from the hotel responded to me, but of course not in a way that I felt heard, the inconvenience of moving to another floor separated from my autistic son, no working ice machine, elevator from hell, fire escape stairs out of order, I felt I was entitled to some sort of credit or compensation, but nope they refused! Needless to say, I don't recommend this hotel, drive down the street where there are many other choices, with friendlier service!

Overrated but clean. Ask for a room away from the highway.
Pros:

The rooms were moderately clean, breakfast was good and average price. Location was great.

Cons:

The pool was disgustingly dirty. Water was cloudy with brown tinge, smelled strong of chlorine and crowded. There was old food in the pool and on the floor. The elevator was very rickety and felt unsafe. Had to wait long time to get up and down the elevator. Ended up taking the stairs. Only one elevator was operable. The room was quite small. The window was so thin, you could hear the traffic like the window was wide open. Cars revving their engines on the highway all night, couldn’t rest. We stayed in 508 & 510. Parking spaces are small and causes people to park over the line, limiting the spaces. Feel like it was overrated. One of our rooms smelled like old garlic.

Antartica cold.
Cons:

We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. We were very excited to go swim. The water was freezing cold. Yes all pools are cold. But this one was literal ice. Maybe because it doesn’t get sunlight. But it was so so cold. If you are looking for a family pool do not pick this one. You will regret it.
