Отель очень чистый . Персонал молодцы ! Ежедневная уборка . Разместили троих человек без доп оплаты !

Cons:

Единственный минус это то , что перед заказом в ресторане не предупреждают из чего состоит блюдо . Нам подсунули сендвич со свининой , не уведомив заранее об этом!!!!! После как уже мы распознали что это свинина , официанты и повар начали отрицать этот момент . В итоге высчитали сумму за блюда из депозита .

Ein wirklich hervorragende Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, War in China , unser bestes Hotel. Absolut sauber, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, die kleine Bar wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt und war inklusive. Es gab kein langes warten an den Aufzügen.

Останавливались в этом отеле август 2026 года, брали номер по больше на 2 персон, често отель не плохой, завтрак был средний, но вот место расположения ужасное, вокруг одни трущебы, ничего приличного нет, по гулять не сможете! За эти деньги лучше остановиться в Хилтон!

Pros:

Стильный новый отель в самом сердце Гуанчжоу. Каждая деталь продумана, заселились моментально в 12, хотя заселение только в 14. Дали роскошный номер с видом на город: огромная кровать, диван с большим столом, каждый день убиралась и даже за 4 дня заменили нам халаты. Все продумано до мелочей, в номере даже есть утюг и гладильная доска, что очень удобно.

Шикарные разнообразные завтраки, бассейн на крыше и хороший спортзал. Так же за 50 юаней воспользовались услугами прачечной на 10 этаже очень удобно.

Персонал очень внимательный, много любви и заботы получили, всегда быстро приходят на помощь и подсказывают.

Прекрасный район: мы пешком ходили до старого города Шамянь, и возвратитесь пешком с аутлета вдоль набережной.

Так же рядом находится метро.

В 10 метрах от отеля находится прогулочная улица с ресторанами, магазинами и тц.


Честно скажу, когда подьезжали, было место поменять локацию, т.к. вид малоэтажных зданий и магазинчиков частных смутили. Но потом побывали в центре и очень были рады нашей спокойной и уютной локацие.

Район не очень, как и отель
Pros:

Большие номера, удобные подушки. Завтрак тоже был неплох.

Cons:

Расположение отеля неудобное. Подъезд ужасный, выезд тоже. Чтобы выехать на дорогу нужно минут 15 стоять в пробках на маленьких улицах. До метро идти 10 минут быстрым шагом, по жаре совсем некомфортно.
Рядом с отелем рестораны с тараканами и магазины с некачественными товарами. Обстановка не пять звезд точно.
Насчет гостиницы внутри могу сказать, что ремонт, который был в 2024 году, уже испорчен. В холлах оторванные обои!!! Это не шутка(
В целом отель тянет на 3 звезды, не больше.
