Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff here are all friendly snd very helpful especially Mr. jimmy Yuan, who took good care of us, give direction and help us book the taxi snd ticket to museum.

Thw hotel is totally clean, super clean.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel.
Good location near the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and everything you need in walking distance.
The room itself was amazing - it was so huge and so comfortable.
The shower and bathroom were also huge and amazing.
Great big bed with nice pillows.
The staff were really helpful especially when I couldn't work out how to work the onsite washing machine and dryer.
The pool was pretty good.

Cons:

Every other hotel in China we stayed at the washing machine and dryer were free - it isn't expensive and it is convenient.
While there is everything you need in the streets around the hotel it really is in the middle of a few different subway stations - all about 15 minutes walk away

Efficient hotel but no oasis
Pros:

Comfortable room with a huge bed, great room layout, facilities Aircon and picture window. Fun, busy shopping location.

Cons:

Some early morning noise cam from the neighbouring laundry service room. I mentioned it on departure and received an apology that sounded like it is a known problem and I would not have been allocated this room had the hotel not been full.
I didn't use the rooftop pool which had been a major part of my booking choice. My vision of the pool, a lovely rooftop oasis of calm from the big city was instead a municipal feel with families swimming in the late evening with swimming hats and pool noodles. Not a problem, lreally, pools are there to be used, it just wasn't as I imagined.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The public roads around the hotel were under construction and made some noise at night. it was not the hotel's fault. The hotel provided a good solution when I told them that i heard much noise from my room. Very appreciate their help.

Size and location does not make up the lack of hospitality
Pros:

The location is great with famous restaurants and food within walking distance. there is also a dried food market in the vicinity. The room size is great for the 2 bedroom suite.

Cons:

The bed is too soft and the bedding feels damp and not crisp. Housekeeping throw our things away and does not admit and hotel did not apologise or admit their mistake. While they replace the lost item which is not of much value, the professionalism is lacking. The also did not return our laundry on time. I will not choose this place again due to the unpleasant experience.
