The bedroom with blackout blinds made it great for sleeping! Very comfortable and spacious.
1 lift in the building which is slow at times but not a big deal.

Location to the conference I was attending, close to supermarket.
Parking at night was difficult, I followed instructions given but when arrived at boom gate they were unable to open remotely so I had to reverse out park in shopping centre car park, check in and then return to park my car.
Service was pleasant when arranging this but it was a tricky driveway to reverse from in the dark.

Coffee machine and no Coffee, and the amount of noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.

the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
it was quite loud. There was a man in the next room and he kept trying to open the adjoining door to my room. He was talking on the phone loudly. Luckily it stopped after a bit. Mostly okay at night but loud music playing outside, maybe just the area. I recommend ear plugs. The shower was cold in the morning, the water began as warm but then it just went cold.
