Pros:

I particularily appreciated the EV chargers. This was a big plus and means I will probably stay there again if I come to Boone.

Wonderful stay. Liked interacting with the dogs, the pool, the breakfast was good and everyone working there was supper

It has a pool and jacuzzi. Everything very clean. People working there. Very nice and friendly. I liked the big balcony where you can sit outside

It was OK. Not sure we would stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

When we arrived the front desk should have let us know the elevator was down. They saw us take the cart and we loaded up our belongings. Then we saw the elevator was down. Asked front desk staff if there was another elevator and shrugged his shoulders and said no. We unloaded and brought everything upstairs. There was no offer to assist and they also should have told us what stairwell to go up that was closest to our room. When we got upstairs, we had to bring everything to the other end of the hotel.
The room needed upgrade in carpet and very difficult to enter the room as door was always stickng and needs maintenance.
Went to take a shower before goung out and got a text that water would be off for 30 minutes. Was not a great arrival impression. These things happen but the staff response was poor.

1st not so good experience after several 5 star experiences in the past

Love this location with the big wrap around porch & fabulous breakfast , great staff

Cons:

Luxury king suite was less than luxurious. Heart shaped jacuzzi tub in room with clearly dirty screens & had been resurfaced , jets etc painted ...didn't need & didn't use. Windows so dirty that when sun shined it was difficult to see out. Drains in tub & sink didn't work. Only 2 chairs , a desk chair & a sm uncomfortable chair , no sofa . Refridger had no shelves ...rm quite dusty

The property is good location and elevator working this time. Property does commincate well.
Pros:

Pet friendly, staff accomadating. Breakfast, coffee. Ice machines convenient. Parking on premise

Cons:

The bathroom clearly needs some renovation. Lower walls on shower appear wet underneath shower wall. Not a fan of soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Liked it better with bar of soap and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. But overall good for price. Staff friendly.
