Very relaxing and comfortable stay
Pros:

Beds were so comfortable! Room was spacious and room service was delicious. Staff were also really helpful and friendly

Great stay and excellent value
Pros:

Great package when taking a Junior Suite with free airport transfer, 4 pc laundry and drinks and snacks at the lobby bar. Staff were excellent and very friendly, always happy to help. Breakfast options are vast.

Cons:

The hotel is showing its age with regards to the decor and furniture. It’s the first time I’ve had it that the “club lounge” is actually just the lobby bar, with a separate free menu which changes depending on the time of the day. It works well, it was just quite different to the norm.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay that is near the airport and close to all the g
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful to me when I arrived and also before.
I ordered a bottle of champagne to be left in my room before I arrived. They coordinated it perfectly. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, all the food and drinks were fantastic . The staff was helpful in every way and always available.

Pros:

部屋をアップグレードしてもらい、バスタブのある快適な部屋に泊まれた。空港から10分でつくので、場所も良い。ホーチミンのメイン観光エリアにはGrabで15から20分くらい。
