It was beautiful I loved my stay
Pros:

I loved the view at the roof top
Staffs were friendly and always ready to help with any information you needed I mistakenly booked two rooms and was charged but they understood my frustration and refunded the money for the room I didn’t take ❤️❤️

Pros:

Vstřícnost většiny personálu, až na slečnu z rooftop baru, která nás se synem ignorovala a ačkoliv rozdala všem kolem popcorn, nám nedala.
Pokoj krásný s výhledem na křižovatku a kostel. Večer krásně nasvícení.
Postele velmi měkké, polštáře hodně velké a nepoddajne.
Celkově ale velmi hezký hotel s bazenem v dochozi vzdálenosti od bílého domu.
Zajímavě řešeny sprchový kout jako ulita.

It was ok but I was double charged for my stay, despite I mentioned to the receptionist that I received 2 charges.

Relaxing, enjoyable and will do it again
Pros:

I’m delighted that the suite was designed by a woman to empower women through femininity. The suite was beautifully decorated, and I had a wonderful time there.

Cons:

The front desk lacks attention when the next customer approaches. The small area makes it easy to mix up who is who if there are multiple people in the lobby.

The hotel itself was nice but would not recommend staying there with a family.
Pros:

Our room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel had a nice lobby area with a pool table that my husband and son enjoyed. Food and drinks ordered at the bar and restaurant were good. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The restaurant was quite pricey for breakfast and took a very long time to receive. After the pool closed, the hotel had a rooftop party two nights of our stay for young adults not staying at our hotel. The guests were drunk, high, and unruly-could hear them yelling and fighting in the elevator as it was taking them up and down from the pool. They did have extensive security that were mindful of the hotel guests needing in and out of the elevator, but my family had to witness all of the yelling, arguing, and fighting while waiting for the elevator and actually could hear it from our room on our floor. I felt unsafe at one point as it seemed as if a fight was going to breakout. Not sure why they would host parties like this in a hotel where families were staying with children. The pool area furniture also had stains on the cushions, which I am assuming were from these parties. The after hours parties were just unacceptable. The unfortunate part is that this is a fine hotel otherwise.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as I'd like. The bathroom floor had debris, and the faucet knobs had spots and fingerprints. They charge a resort fee, but there are no true resort amenities. We had someone open our room door at 6:22 in the morning, thankfully the latch was on! I called the front desk, and security did not come to assess the situation until I called a second time.

A city gem to remember
Pros:

I loved the valet parking and the pool area. The room was very chic and modern. Right in the heart of the city which all around made it chefs kiss.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room lights didn’t work properly. If you flipped the switch they didn’t come on or didn’t go off. And the room floor could’ve been a little more cleaner. Found dust particles and I’m severely allergic to dust.
