La struttura è ben curata,le stanze sono moderne, tutto è moderno. Le aree sono tutte curate, anche la piscina
Mi è piaciuto tutto.
Solo la colazione per celiaci era molto scarsa. Non c’era una bella scelta di cose , i cornetti imbustati non erano buoni.

The outdoor area is very beautiful and the restaurant is very good (once the food actually arrives - very long waiting).
The hotel was undergoing renovations, meaning the SPA facility and one of the outdoor pools was closed, of which I was only made aware of one week prior to arriving and after having paid the stay in full. Had we been made aware of this earlier, we would not have decided to stay here.
Also, the AC in the gym was broken, there were no towels and no water. The breakfast is served with plastic cups and if you want to ask for something like fried eggs, you need to pay 8€…

Personnels très sympathique en général, très belle hôtel. Très bien placé pour visiter Matera. Suite à notre demande ́nous avons pu prolonger d'une nuit supplémentaire.
Pour notre nuit supplémentaire, contrairement à la veille, très déçu par le repas, malgré commandé, pas eu l aperitif, et au moment de regler, étaient tout de même facture, obligé de faire appel au serveur pour confirmer. Le petit déjeuner, impossible d'avoir un café correct, machine à café en panne, vide!!!! Jus de fruit !!!!! De l'eau légèrement aromatisé. Personnel du petit déjeuner beaucoup moins agréable que le petit déjeuner précédent. Réponse, beaucoup de travail car 3 cars et donc beaucoup de monde. Dommage pour un si beau hôtel.
