Au calme à quelques minutes de voiture de Matera. Hôtel moderne et propre. Chambres spacieuses. Parking gratuit dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel.
Mettre un bonnet pour se baigner dans la piscine. Le petit déjeuner convient pour un séjour très court.

Unica cosa che consiglio è per la pulizia tenere anche i terrazzi puliti con le sedie. Per resto tutto super!
Manqué de charme
Restaurant à fuir, très chers pour ce qui est servi et attente trop longue entre les plats, une déception.
La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stata la stanza sia per le dimensioni sia per la presenza di un ampio guardaroba. Anche il ristorante con un ampia carta dei vini ci è sembrato all'altezza.
La cosa che non ci è piaciuta affatto è la posizione, infatti l'albergo è situato nell"estrema periferia di matera in mezzo a un area artigianale e commerciale. Senza auto diventa molto scomodo raggiungere il centro di Matera.
Das Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Poolbar ist sehr teuer.
Wie in Italien üblich muss man eine Badekappe aufsetzen.
Es gibt kein Shuttlebus nach Matera Sassi. Taxi kostet 30€

Si mangia veramente bene e i sapori li senti subito.
-La pulizia in generale. La camera e gli ambienti in comune pulitissimi e curati.
- Le ragazze della reception.
- Lo staff in sala.
Mi è dispiaciuto essere stata richiamata più volte dallo staff della piscina per il braccialetto.
Premetto che ero ignara del fatto che per ogni accesso bisognasse passare dalla SPA. Non era assolutamente mia intenzione fare la furba: mentre ero in acqua, un addetto mi ha avvisata e gli ho detto che ci sarei andata dopo il bagno, mi sembrava poco adeguato presentarmi lì con il costume bagnato. Dopo pochi minuti è arrivato un secondo addetto a sollecitarmi di nuovo. Con l’ansia addosso sono stata in piscina, ma che cazzo!
La politica di accesso alla piscina, in ogni caso, non è chiara. Il braccialetto lo avevo preso il giorno prima, sempre dopo essere stata richiamata. Il secondo giorno lo avevo ancora al polso, ma ne serviva uno nuovo, e ogni volta il cliente che alloggia deve fare tutto questo giro. Non sarebbe più opportuno e sensato consegnarlo al momento della prenotazione o al check-in?
Questo continuo andare avanti e indietro mi ha messa a disagio, quasi come una bambina all'asilo, ed è stato imbarazzante. Quando vado in una struttura pago sempre quanto dovuto senza battere ciglio, perché ne ho rispetto.
Tutta questa situazione mi ha demotivata dal fare il percorso SPA. Mi sentivo costantemente controllata, mentre avevo solo bisogno di relax, senza pensieri e senza tensioni.
The breakfast was average but O.K..The room was pleasant and very clean,but I didn't particularly like the decor.The location was good,and the parking facilities were very good.
The ironing room was terrible.A very old appliance that didn't work well ..and you have to pay for using it.The constant weddings and parties.The different things that were left all over,like scaffolding and other items that should be kept out of sight.

Beau jardin
fermeture de la piscine trop tôt ainsi que l’accès au jardin (très beau) fermé tôt (probablement à cause d’un mariage organisé dans une salle de l’hôtel, pénalisant les hôtes de l’hôtel).
Équipements de la salle de bain gagneraient à être modernisés.
Jus de fruit au petit déjeuner pas digne de ce nom.
La struttura è comoda, moderna, molto bella da vedere soprattutto gli interni. Fuori dal centro, che si raggiunge però velocemente, bella struttura modernissima, sicuramente adatta per convegni ma anche per vacanza. Colazione molto buona. Acqua complimentary il primo giorno, possibilità di farsi un caffè, tè o altro. Parcheggio non grandissimo. Tante colonnine per le EV.
Se non si hanno asciugamani, cuffie, ciabatte etc, per l'accesso alla piscina esterna si paga tutto: 3€ per ogni cosa. I distributori di bibite e snack non sembrano funzionare benissimo. La camera è pulita ma il pavimento andrebbe lavato meglio

De kamers waren ronduit onhygiënisch. Bij binnenkomst zat er een vieze pleister op de douchevloer. Het balkon was smerig met insecten en heel veel vogelpoep. Ook op de ramen. Lang niet schoongemaakt. Daarnaast was er een renovatie gaande met een hoop lawaai. Het ‘prachtige zwembad met balinese bedden’ was gesloten en ook bij het gewone zwembad (muts verplicht! 3 euro pp) waren ze druk bezig met werkzaamheden. Het ontbijt werd niet in het restaurant geserveerd, maar in een lelijke en ongezellige conferentiezaal. We hebben een officiële klacht ingediend, maar het hotel wil op geen enkele manier ook maar iets tegemoet komen. Ook aan de receptie haalde het personeel gewoon de schouders op toen we aangaven niet tevreden te zijn. Absoluut niet 4 sterren waardig en absoluut geen aanrader! Voor dat geld en een 4 sterren hotel mag je echt meer verwachten. (Overigens was het eten in het restaurant wel goed)
