Struttura Molto bella , abbiamo soggiornato due giorni e ci siamo totalmente rilassati , la spa e la piscina sia interna che esterna molto belle e ampie , bravissima la ragazza dei massaggi in spa , la colazione poi molto varia e gustosa

Se devo essere pignola l’unica pecca può essere un po’ di nero negli angoli in doccia in un 4 stelle non dovrebbe succede basterebbe un po’ di candeggina 😅
La posizione ottima a pochi minuti di auto da Matera,la struttura è molto bella con le sue piscine ,la SPA e la ricca vegetazione .Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile La colazione ricca e variegata

La propreté des lieux, le petit déjeuner très varié.
Le restaurant extérieur est vraiment très agréable le soir
Pas reçu d’informations concernant l’une des deux piscines extérieures qui relève d’un extra pour l’une d’entre elle. Je me suis installée dans un transat sur celle relevant d’un extra et un membre du personnel m’a fait remarqué devant tout le monde que je ne devais pas rester car je n’avais pas pris d’extra ! J’ai trouvé cela assez vexant surtout quand aucune information ne m’a été communiquée !!

Precioso
Struttura molto bella e ampia, stanza grande e pulita, tende oscuranti ben funzionanti (dormo al buio completo), colazione molto ricca con ampia scelta di prodotti davvero buoni, bella la piscina inclusa, anche fornita di bar.
Il bagno un po’ piccolino (ma a voler trovare il difetto). In piscina alcuni ospiti poco gradevoli (voce alta, vivavoce e atteggiamenti fuori luogo) a cui nessuno ha fatto notare nulla nulla.
