Le personnel parle anglais et un peu français.
La chambre est propre. Hotel en travaux mais ce n'est pas gênant.
Les chambres ne sont pas du tout a côté et la piscine non plus.

Cons:

Le bonnet de bain obligatoire à 2 euros par personne une fois la reservation effectuée.
Un accès par jour a la piscine, si l'on souhaite y retourner dans la journée il faut payer un supplément.
Les serviettes de piscine sont en supplements également.

Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Una Hotel in Matera. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities were excellent, well maintained, and designed to provide a truly relaxing experience.

The car park was spacious and convenient, making our arrival and departure completely stress-free. The swimming pools were fantastic, clean, beautifully presented, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

A special mention goes to the spa, which was simply amazing. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Overall, this hotel offered comfort, great amenities, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Matera and would happily stay here again.
