Great Stay !
Pros:

Love the soft bed. Great breakfast! Nice and Clean!

Cons:

Shower head was linking in the bathroom. Entrance door was a little hard to open. Overall the stay was good !

I had an Excellent stay but Blue said ok for not having doggie bags. Returning soon with Blue!!
Pros:

Clean and the Hospitality to me and my elderly dog Blue was Awesome!!!!Also my RV had plenty of space to park just like the front desk stated on my stay

No Pet bags in dog area i had to run to RV to get bags for Blue.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Day time front desk staff were excellent… David went above and beyond to make sure everything was great for us. Made sure we had clean towels when housekeeping forgot. And was easy to converse with! Darius was on point and had our check in done before we arrived. I believe her name was Nikki and she was very kind and friendly to us. Breakfast was fresh and really good and the area was very clean and kept up!

Cons:

House keeping could be better. And rooms cleaned a little deeper! Found pet hair on Sofa, visible dirt in bathroom dirt on the floor. Tub bottom visibly dirty and soap dispenser glued on with bulky caulking. House keep forgot to clean on our cleaning day and one of our towels was sour smelling.

If not for wonderful helpful people who worked here we would have left after first night.
Pros:

The people who worked here were great! Wonderful, helpful people. Breakfast for good.
Keep the wonderful people and spend some money on upgrading and fixing this property!

Cons:

This property was in poor condition. As soon as we got off the elevator on our floor the floor was dirty, like it wasn’t vacuumed. Got to our room and window pane was cracked. Drawer face on tv stand had a big chuck missing. And the bedding was stained. Next morning woke up to a dead cockroach or June Bug in the bathroom. Towel racks were about to fall off. Flooring in elevator was dinghy. And the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pool wasn’t open but they allowed us to use pool at hotel next door.

The front desk staff were excellent, so I expected the same for the room and was disappointed.
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needed an overhaul. The shower had a crack along the wall that appeared to have been filled in with silicon that did not match. There was rust at the base of the toilet & it still appeared there was a leak between the toilet and the tub. Both gave me pause for wanting to use them.
