I paid 200 pound to have no electricity for hours we have a 4 mouth old baby that needed bottles making and we could due to not having no electricity in the room there was no air con in the room neither it was very hot and clammy no window access neither we had a baby that could of over heated with no support to help with the air con off staff we had to go down to staff numerous to ask for help with the issues and we still waited a while I’m really Up set with the say especially with the amount of money I paid I would like for someone to contact me regarding a refund
