The room was lovely. The bed was extremely comfy. Ideal for a nights sleep after a concert at The Etihad
Location, pool, food , easy to walk to tram stop to go see take that 👍🏻
We arrived at 1.30pm corridors still had rubbish and mess throughout the areas

Poor Customer Service
The location was great,the hotel and staff were lovely and we enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Idea place to stay for concerts at The co op and Etihad stadium as the tram stop is only a 6 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff were uninterested, argumentative and rude I observed 2 people being treated terribly at breakfast time and the breakfast was awful!
