coffee machine and kettle, iron with ironing board as requested, cleaniness was good, room space brilliant, gym equipment, lift as we had luggage, lighting
would have been nicer if we had bottles of water to drink n a box of tissues in the room but this wasn't a big problem
The club room included spa facilities, great value for money. Room is great
I didnt like that when I got into the room the toilet wasnt cleaned properly so there was unfortunately poo stains in the toilet. And also, ive stayed twice before the TV never connects to your phone . So you have an issue with your TVs....

I like that it has clearly recently had new carpets everywhere and paint job it's very clean and very classy
The only thing I would say is that when I checked in the parking wasn't explained that it would automatically be billed to my card as I paid for parking at the meter in the entrance but it was easily resolved
We had a wonderful stay at Village Hotel Ashton. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout was outstanding.
The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool, which we really enjoyed. The service was professional, efficient, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I like the room the shower i need help the air condition and the staff was very good call is supervisor and she did help us with the air condition
I did not like my dinner my beef was rare and I asked for well done just the dealers the dinners was grilled dinners was not good
