חדר גדול, מיקום טוב באפ טאון

Cons:

מזגן הרעיש כל הלילה
לא סידרו את החדר עד שהערנו ובאו ב 5 אחה״צ.
אפשר היה לשים בחדר בקבוק מים, לפחות בהגעה.
חניה בשפע, אבל עדיין צריך לשלם

very nice but too short
Pros:

we purchased dinner to take to our room which was very good but expensive. I ordered and paid for guacamole but it was not included with the meal.
Hilton has the best pillows every time I stay at one. I have tried to find out how to purchase some but have been unsuccessful.

Don’t recommend it at all

Cons:

The hotel is stealing money. The front desk didn’t give the free breakfast ticket, this is the first try. Then it didn’t give me water what I should get, this is the second try. Then it charged parking fee, this is the third try, and they succeeded post the charge to my credit card, I am disputing it.

The fact that it was clean.

Cons:

When I arrived it took the guy like 10-15 minutes to come to the front desk and help me. I thought it was a self-service check-in. I waited so long . The noise , you can hear every single car go by and every other car has an upgraded exhaust . Did not get any sleep .The jacuzzi is not hot. It is simply warm like a bath. The entire high school boys basketball team was there in the pool area. They were so loud rowdy and obnoxious. I had to take my three daughters that were under 10 years old and leave an area I paid for. Also they advertise a water slide. There are no water slides. They took it out. But the pictures are still on the internet. Worst place I've ever stayed. Hopefully they'll tear it down soon.

Disappointing Customer Service
Pros:

We booked a suite, but due to electrical problems in the room we had to move to a lower-category room because no similar suites were available. We had paid for a more expensive room, so we spoke with the staff about compensation during our stay. At check-out, we were told the matter would be handled.

Unfortunately, we never received any compensation. We also tried contacting Claudia Martinez and Jaante Jones afterwards, but did not get any response.

The hotel itself is clean and otherwise nice, but because of this experience we cannot recommend staying here.
