I believe the new management after name change , has poor strategy to safe money in cost of losing quality and hygiene

Room keepers nook the door at 10:am before check out 11 clock,
Water leak in toilet in superior suite that i have got,
The suite i have taken, is note the same value for money paid

Warm, friendly and relaxing trip
Pros:

The staff were very warm and friendly. We had such a spaceous room with a seperate living room area with sofa's and a seperate tv. I am planning to come back again soon. Loved the pool and the beach. Really nice hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Apart la mauvaise expérience du serveur du restaurant le reste était très bien

La piscine la plage privée l’emplacement ,le personnel à la réception sont très souriantes

Cons:

Le snack de l’hôtel le serveur grand brun est d’une humeur exécrable il se trompe sur la commande et lorsque qu on lui fait la remarque il s’énerve il oublie que le client est roi et pas professionnel du tout

A dream trip
Pros:

Had great time and tge best are the staff , they are tge star of our journey. Soecial thsnks to Lamia fir her grest smike and assurance, also Basmah the receptionist. I will be back to this hotel firsur. One if the bedt stsys in my life and I travel all over the wirld.

Pros:

Le personnel étais parfait et le service également ont a passé un super bon séjour je recommande fortement l’hôtel. En plus de cela il est très bien situé c’est proche des beaux quartier restaurant .
