The beach. The housekeeping staff was nice however the room was not clean.
The air conditioning did not work. The elevator was not working. The food was mediocre especially for the additional cost. The staff did not address our issues even after we reported them multiple times. Stained bed clothing, broken A/C and a broken phone so we couldn't even call to request help.

La literie etait deplorable
La piscine très grande et propre même le week-end, la plage propre également. Le personnel est très gentil et désolé pour tous les nombreux désagréments
La chambre : ne correspond pas à la réservation, plusieurs manques (pas de : mini-bar, cafetière, peignoir, poubelle, pas d'articles de toilette), bouilloire et entrebailleur cassés. Ménage pas fait à l'arrivée dans la chambre ni sur la terrasse (mégots de cigarettes), les couloirs sont sales aussi. L'une des couettes était souillée. La piscine est belle et propre mais musique insupportable le matin pour animation et l'après-midi idem. Mariage dans l'hôtel donc musique et cris jusqu'à 3 heures du matin ! Bar agréable mais pas de clim'... heureusement le personnel est très agréable.

Hotel très sympathique qui correspond à la description Booking
Grande piscine agréable
Le personnel est au top, le petit déjeuner est très bien
Pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels en Tunisie, je suis agréablement satisfait
Seul petit point certain, certains équipements pourraient être moderniser, mais dans l’ensemble c’est très correct
Un peu plus d’animation et d’ambiance en fin de journée et les soirs serait apprécié une modernisation des équipes mais dans l’ensemble tout était très correct

خدمات الغرف ضعيفة وبطيئة لدرجة امس تم تنظيف الغرفة الساعة 4مساء وذلك بعد إلحاح مني والتكييف زبالة لايعمل قضيت ليلتان بدون تكييف الاستعلامات لديهم علم بان التكييف لايعمل لكن عامل الصيانة لم يأتي مع موجة الحر والرطوبة اصبح جو الغرفة لايطاق لذلك انصح الإخوة السواح عدم اختيار هذا الفندق
Staff was nice, and efficient. But nothing more.
Room was quite old and dirty. Had the staffs changed my room once, as there the lamp was broken, there was trash, and room was a bit smelly(vinegar?). The second room was only OK.
