So I did not stayed at this property because it was not clean. The washrooms and bed sheets were dirty the floor was dirty and can't imagine the smell. Can you imagine this from a famous hotel chain??? and on top of it their not rerunning my money as well. But guess what I'll not leave them alone simply because they said so, I will for sure sue them for this. I reached there around at 9.20 pm and was standard for almost an hour because of the rooms. I was hungry disappointed and was raging at the fact that they were behaving so casually about this. I saw them laughing behind our back when I looked back. Please save your money and do not go there if you love your hygiene. Before reaching there I had informed them prior about my hygiene problems and dust allergy but alas that also did not make any difference. Thank god I had my Lawer with me at that time.

Breakfast spread was ample . Location of the hotel is excellent. View from the room is superb. Interior is good. Staffs were courteous.
In room food cost is too high. A plate of maggy is costing Rs 350 & its ridiculous. All the foods were too costly & we had to order food from outside.
The linen provided for the bed could have been more fresh and dry
The extra pillow covers should be given so that the customer can change things according to his/ her need.
Os funcionários no geral eram muito prestáveis. Água quente 24/24h. Hotel bem frequentado e com uma excelente vista. Funcionários da receção muito simpáticos.
Quartos degradados, necessitam de arranjos. Durante a minha estadia fui confrontado nos corredores por alguns funcionários do hotel (pareciam seguranças), a pedirem-me dinheiro sem qualquer razão, ao qual foram bastante insistentes. Não dei dinheiro nenhum e ficaram revoltados quando disse que não tinha razão para dar. Camas com insetos!!!
Without any infotrmation they cancelled my booking. No body contacted from booking.com also. Most hopeless & bad experience. i will suggest not to book any hotel throgh booking.com.
