Elegant hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location: close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking distance to the Grand Bazar and a tram stop. Rooftop restaurant with beautiful views where nice breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30. Pleasant indoor pool. Helpful reception staff. Efficient house keeping staff - we forgot to remove the "do not disturb sign" and only asked for new towels at 5 to 16:00hrs (when the house keeping staff's shift ends) but the cleaning lady managed to make up the room in a few minutes (not just changing towels). The airport transfer offered by the hotel is a good deal and highly recommended if you want to avoid unpleasant encounters with the local taxi drivers.

The ACU switched off after 1 hour - inconvenient at night. Reported 5 separate occasions with no resolution. Otherwise an excellent stay

Excellent stay in a prime location with friendly staff
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk to all main historical sights, restaurants and the tram. We had the corner bedroom and it was a good size with many windows, but most importantly it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and linens were also very nice. The hotel offered a Turkish breakfast with an excellent selection of anything that you might want for breakfast (sweet and savory options). The restaurant was on the rooftop and had great views of the city and the river. We loved the pool in the underground and the dry sauna. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back.

Personal, Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Personal hat versucht wirklich alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben sogar ein 3 Bettzimmer bekommen, obwohl wir nur noch ein Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer buchen konnten. Das Frühstück war wirklich herausragend, mit allem, was dietürkische Küche her gibt.
Nur das Zimmer war etwas klein, sodass wir Schwierigkeiten hatten alle 3 Koffer unter zu bringen. Fußläufig zur Hagia Sophia (5-7 Minuten Spaziergang).

Мой любимый отель, все идеально : комфорт, красота, качество номеров , шикарные завтраки, бассейн и зона спа. Особенно хочу отметить замечательный персонал и менеджера Orhan, он всегда очень дружелюбен, внимателен и всегда старается решить любые вопросы !!! Большое спасибо отелю !!!

Tre giorni nell'incantevole Istanbul
Pros:

L'hotel si trova nelle vicinanze di Santa Sofia e la Moschea Blu. La camera, seppur piccola, era molto confortevole e silenziosa. Il buffet della colazione era ricco e vario e con una bella vista sul mare. Il personale della reception è stato molto utile nel consigliarci un interessante tour della città.
