Excellent base for a 4 day visit to Istanbul. Everything is so close.
Pros:

Absolutely outstanding breakfast buffet offerings with a very large range of eggs, cakes, cheeses, salads, etc. The spa facilities were very good, especially the sauna (properly hot) and pool. The hammam (at extra cost) was very nice. The weight room lacked a stationary bicycle but did have running and elliptical machines and a multi-weight lifting machine (I missed not having an exercise bike, though). The hotel's location was super convenient - just 5-10 minutes walk from the main sites in the old city (Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque) with easy access to the T1 tram and a comfortable walk along the water to the spice market as another option. Plenty of restaurants within a hundred metres and the hotel's rooftop restaurant was a very nice place to enjoy a beer and take in the view over the water at the end of the day.

Cons:

We were quite happy with all aspects of the hotel. Just would have liked an excercise bike in the gym.

宿泊前のメッセージのやりとりが丁寧かつ迅速で安心を覚えましたし、ハネムーンでトルコを訪れることを伝えると、追加のパッケージを紹介してくれました。
お部屋の可愛らしい装飾や併設のレストランでの素敵な食事等々、良い思い出になりました。
booking.comからの予約だけでは知り得ない情報でしたので、本当に感謝しています。
水回りも広く、清潔感もあり、とても使いやすかったです。観光名所もすぐ近くにあるので、立地的にも申し分ないかと思います。
日本語を少し話せるスタッフの方もいて、気さくに話しかけてくれたのも嬉しかったです。

Very comfortable, clean in a fantastic location, a real gem
Pros:

Room was beautiful, very clean with lots of little luxuries. Hotel is located just off a street with lots of restaurants but is not noisy. Very close to Blue Mosque and Hague Sophia

Excellent location, great breakfast with a view and even better personnel!
Pros:

Superb personnel!! They went the extra mile to make us feel at home, maintaining at all times an effective communication. Location was also.perfect, within walking distance from all major attractions and the tram station. My husband loved the pool. We also loved the breakfast service and food.

Cons:

The room was kind of small, specially the bathroom. But everything else was great!

Hotel adequado para uma mini estadia no centro histórico de Istambul.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Permite que nos desloquemos a pé a uma variedade de monumentos históricos. Tem imensos mercados, restaurantes nas proximidades. O staff é super atencioso, contudo o Inglês é fraco.

Cons:

A piscina e ginasio deixam muito a desejar. Muito pequenos e limitados no espaço. 4 espreguiçadeiras apenas. O hotel precisa de colocar cortinas blackouts. Em istambul, no verão amanhece muito cedo e nós nas 3 noites que passamos no hotel, acordámos muito cedo. No pequeno almoço faltaram os cereais e as panquecas.

Room was clean, beautiful and with lots of amenities. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and hotel is well soundproofed. Breakfast and restaurant were outstanding.

Cons:

Spa services were a bit underwhelming especially in relation to the price point. We paid for a 45-min experience and we were back in our room after only 35 minutes - we were disappointed. This was however the only negative point of our whole stay as the hotel itself was fantastic all around.

Pros:

Small but comfortable room. Very good breakfast and well located.

Cons:

SNot an issue for us but not for guest with limited mobility as it’s on the side of a cobbled slope.
