Très bel hôtel pour un séjour proche des principaux sites d’Istanbul
Pros:

L’emplacement et la disponibilité du personnel sont top. Le SPA et la piscine sont parfaits pour se relaxer en fin de journée et jusqu’à minuit ! Les lits sont très confortables et l’endroit est calme malgré la proximité des lieus de vie et de visites.

Cons:

Il faut améliorer la qualité du wifi dans les chambres et soigner un peu l’entretien des receveurs de douches ..

Hôtel agréable et extrêmement bien situé, bénéficiant d’une piscine et rooftop
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté de Sainte-Sophie et de la mosquée bleue, avec un Rooftop très agréable. La piscine de l’hôtel est vraiment très appréciable après une longue journée de marche.

Cons:

À l’arrivée, on nous a dit que le petit-déj’ était compris dans notre tarif, mais au moment du check out, ce n’était plus le cas…

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

The rooms and reception were so clean and well maintained. The staff including cleaners were incredibly friendly. The restaurant food was beautiful. Location was great. I most definitely would stay again.

Cons:

La chambre qui m’était initialement prévue n’était pas identique à celle que j’avais réservé sur Booking (aspect et dimensions). Il a fallu que la réception me trouve une chambre conforme à celle que j’avais réservé sur votre site.
