Das einzige, dass mir gefallen hat, war das Essen.
Auch das Personal war nett.

Leider war das Zimmer eine echte Zumutung und absolut unterirdisch. Es war nicht sauber und roch nach Schimmel. Irgendwie muffig und unangenehm. Das Bett war nicht ordentlich gemacht und es fehlten Handtücher. Insgesamt war der Raum sehr alt und keine 70 Euro für die Übernachtung wert. Gezahlt haben wir aber 150. Es war eine einzige Nacht daher haben wir es ertragen.

Bei meiner Beschwerde sicherte man mir für meine Rückkehr zu eine bessere Lösung zu finden als dieses fiese Zimmer.

Leider hat man sich beim Kundenservice dann dem nächsten Ausrutscher geleistet. Wurde mir noch vor Ort für die nächste Übernachtung nach unserer Safari ein besseres Zimmer zugesagt, so fordert man jetzt von 72 USD Aufpreis für eines ohne Meerblick und 126 USD für eines mit Meerblick.

Ehrlich gesagt eine bodenlose Frechheit. Hätte ich nicht meine Koffer dort gelassen für die Safari Tour, würde ich um nichts in der Welt wieder zurückkommen. Einen dicken Daumen nach unten für diese Schlechtleistung!

Très bon rapport qualité / prix.
Pros:

Très bel endroit, face à la mer. Le buffet est tout à fait correct avec pas mal de choix. Le restaurant poissons est excellent, produits frais et assez bon marché . Il faut savoir que c’est un grand complexe avec beaucoup de bungalows, ce qui le rend un peu impersonnel. Le centre de plongée était très pro. Le moniteur Goeffrey est très compétent (+ de 1000 plongées à son actif )

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Well-situated along Bamburi beach. The hotel has 2 pools overlooking the sea and enough spaces to lounge and enjoy the ambience. Staff deliver top-notch hospitality. Delicious, well presented food. Spotlessly clean rooms.
