Disgusting and dirty hotel

The property was locked upon arrival . It took over an hour . There was no staff in the hotel and no other guests. The owner said he didn’t know there was a reservation. We booked the family suite and he argued about the amount of people in our family and made us pay cash for another room. We previous stayed at this hotel with our family in the family suite. When my son pulled off the blanket to get into bed there were baby cockroaches, dirt and hair in the bed. I called the owner and he said he was on anslere and won’t come back for 4 hours. He NEVER came back to let us into a clean room. We opened the fridge and there was mold in the fridge. He was also extremely rude to us and would only speak with my st lucian husband . We did not sleep. This hotel is disgusting.

Great place to stay in Soufriere center
Pros:

I was so comfortable there, i extended my stay 3 more days. Good access to the south of the island from Soufriere. Jayna, Olivia, and Mr. Charles were so sweet and accommodating.

Easy and convenient location
Pros:

For me this hotel was perfect, right in the center of Soufriere, 2 min walk from the mini bus terminal. The rooms are spacious and each with a balcony. Staff there is so sweet and kind.

This property did not hold up to it photos or reviews as well as the the commodity that it says it offer there was no free microwave, the refrigerator was dirty also the shower the shower plastic was very dirty. This stay was very disappointing.

good budget location downtown close to the water taxi pier to the beaches. Room was airy and comfortable with good working AC but fridge and bedside lamp did not work. Parking is difficult in the street.

This hotel was awful. The reviews online are likely from people who live in the area. The hotel does not have parking and the village has almost no parking available. Once we found parking, we got mugged walking 1 block from the car to the hotel. The bathroom has no light, was dingy/unclean and even the hotel room had a broken AC and coffee spills on the floor that were not cleaned up. Do not stay at this place. Waste of money.

Pros:

The Downtown Hotel is at a convenient location. The beach is a five minute walk. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Bring your own shampoo and hair conditioner. Also, the hotel rooms only have Type G outlets.
