Pros:

Great from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the location is great.

Cons:

I wish the wall electrical outlets were of the multi-type that any kind of male plug from any country can be used. I had to hunt for an adapter to charge my phone and laptop. If there were at least just two outlets of this type in the room it would be sufficient.

My precious Perdana Hotel
Pros:

It's the perfect hotel for families like mine. The spacious room is a luxury and made us feel at home. The strategic location is unbeatable. It was great value for money.

Cons:

I really like the hotel and will be looking forward to spend my time there again whenever visiting KL with my family. I really hope the hotel will maintain the building and the quality of everything. The bathroom especially the shower area got some black stains or moldy spots. Some furniture do show they have aged, and while I could still enjoy the room, those are sad reminders that nothing is perfect.

Great place to stay, accesibility is great and plenty of selection for breakfast.
Pros:

Walking distance to klcc. Near to persiaran klcc mrt. Spacious room. Functional amenities. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

The room’s atmosphere shows its age already. Perhaps refurbishment is needed.

Basic hotel. Not worth the money
Pros:

Location was good. 10 minute walk to Petronas towers

Cons:

Basic breakfast. We had a suite but couldn’t leave the bathroom door open as the drains smelt terrible 24/7

Pros:

The staff, the hotel rate, location, the breakfast and the size of the room. I will like to compliment Mardalinna from the restaurant for her attentive and friendly service. Her genuine care really added to the dining experience. Not forgetting shah too from the concierge whose helpful assistance added great value to our stay. Both demonstrated genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.

Cons:

Old hotel, need refurbished. During check in, faced issue as the door to our room was jammed and the lock was stuck. Caused inconvenience right at the start of our stay.

Overall very good experience and will certainly stay again during next trip to KL.
Pros:

The hotel is well located within KLCC, Ombak and subway station. The room is spacious and cleaning service is efficient. The breakfast spread is very good but i think everyone loves the freshly baked croissant. All the hotel staff members are excellent too. Kudos to the team ... keep it up!

Cons:

Standard toilettries should be available upon chek-in.
