Stay again!😊
Pros:

Great location to the Riverwalk. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was excellent in helping with restaurants and taxi services.

Pros:

Clean, friendly service. Adequate business hotel. Overpriced for what one gets. Had an issue with the pillows. Asked for some foam pillows but they never came. Hotel room was a bit worn. Sink, for example, is stained marble. Housekeeping should keep the bottles of soap, lotion, etc full. I loved that there is a shower mat. You don't find that in many places anymore. Nothing wrong with this hotel. Just nothing extraordinary.

Great location. Beautiful hotel, pool, fitness center. Great mixed drinks at the bar. Comfortable beds. Pool had towels stocked. Pool and fitness center were VERY clean!

Pros:

My stay at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk was underwhelming overall. The layout was somewhat difficult to navigate, and while I stayed on the 8th floor, the room itself needs improvement particularly with temperature control and an outdated bathroom. Having to use a hallway microwave was also inconvenient. For the price per night, I expected more amenities like an indoor pool, sauna, or spa services. The highlight of my stay was the efficiency and professionalism of the cleaning staff.

Great location for our conference. Clean room and staff provided excellent service. Loved the experience. Easy walking distance to shops, entertainment, and restaurants.

Service was amazing
Pros:

This was my first time dining at the Grand Hyatt Moda Fair and the experience was amazing. I was a bit confused but our server Dominique helped guide us through the situation. The buffet was delicious. She had also went above and beyond and brought me an energy drink, I cant go without my caffeine . 10/10 would recommend to go ! Ask for Dom!

We absolutely loved our stay and would stay again at this beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Major Let Down
Pros:

Parking was horrible, valet and self parking was the same fee, but you won't know that until you go to the front desk to check in , because the sign outside for self park says one thing but the desk makes their own fee I guess. The place was clean, but that was not a king bed suite, the pillows suck, and there is no sleeper couch, but for a fee, they would be glad to room you another hard bed in there. I cannot believe this was my experience from the Grand Hyatt. Major Major Major let down.
