Clean room and greate location
Providing a microwave in the room would have made the stay a bit more pleasant.
Location, staff
We had a wonderful stay. Family of 3 with 2 adults 1 teen. Great Riverwalk location, and better that it's not in the main area bc of noise and crowds but an easy 5 min walk. The street is still noisy at night but i imagine it would be worse to have noise from both the RW and street (such as at the regency). Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, one everlm going out of her way in the club to prep fruit for me each day.
The Grand Hyatt San Antonio Riverwalk again has met all of our family and program needs. Our GO TO hotel every time in San Antonio. The elegance of the lobby to the comfort of the rooms, my family ALWAYS enjoys our stay at this location. The food is a hit and the service is second to none. Can’t wait until our next stay.
Overall the experience we had was great. We only had one issue and that was our second room of the suite was not ready until after 5PM. When checked in I asked how long the wait would be and the receptionist stated should be quick, however we left to grab a bite to eat and didn’t receive the text msg until well after 5PM. Besides that our stay was great, customer service was great all around, room was clean and everything worked as it should.
Didn't know what to expect on an early check in to the hotel. However, front desk staff (training employee) worked with me and made my boys stay spectacular!!! The room was immaculate and spacious. The look on my boys face when they walked into the gaming suite was priceless. I don't know what to think about this as they will now expect this room every single time we go...lol. Suite and room was adequately laid BUT the room noise was a bit excessive. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel was packed and very busy. It was still well maintained. The food selection at the conference was very sub-par but my actual stay was great!
This hotel is in the heart of everything in San Antonio. The staff is amazing and the rooms and views are amazing. I will be coming back.
Outstanding customer service at both the front desk and the restaurant. I value the customer service when I stay in any hotel but especially hotels of this calibur.
Location, rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere, food - all great. Most staff were very helpful. As a nonprofit organization, we booked 13 rooms and provided card information. When our team checked in, the hotel wanted each person to provide a credit card for an $1100+ hold. As nonprofit employees, this is a big ask - not to mention, we had set this up in our account online and had called the hotel in advance of our stay. I would stay again - very nice hotel and location....but if you are going with a group - make sure this is all set up before arrival to minimize any confustion- although we did do that too :).
