Cons:

Would've been nice if breakfast offered eggs to order. Signage for directions to pool should be improved.

Pros:

The reception staff (during my interactions on 20th April at around 4 PM and 11:30 PM, and on 21st April at 5:30 AM) did not come across as welcoming. There were no smiles, and the overall attitude felt quite serious, almost as if guests were an inconvenience.
Since the front desk creates the first impression of a hotel, this was disappointing. A more pleasant and friendly approach from the reception team would significantly improve the guest experience.
Alternatively, the management may consider training or assigning staff better suited for customer-facing roles.
Apart from this, the rest of the experience was satisfactory. But when the first impression goes wrong, all expectations will go in that direction so, it was not fully satisfied
