Great location and very clean!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived well before the check-in but the lady at the reception got our room ready 3h before which I thought was very kind as we were tired. The room was cleaned daily, the towels were changed daily and the bed linen was changed once while we were there (we only stayed 1 week). The brwakfast was delicious and varied and their coffee and orange juice made my morning every day. It’s close to the port and shops and has a beautiful skybar with views of the sea. They also have parking available if you have a car. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The room we chose with the plunge pool was lovely and what a view fantastic
Staff were very nice and helpful the hotel restaurant was very good 👍

Cons:

The room was stunning but unfortunately it’s directly underneath the skybar and the pulling of chairs across the floor is really loud and goes on into the early morning

Pros:

Fantastische ligging, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, parking voor huurwagen. Privestrand.

Cons:

De gang op de eerste verdieping (waar onze kamers zich bevonden) is heel gehorig. Elke kamerdeur die dicht gedaan wordt resulteert in lawaai op alle kamers in de buurt.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with exceptional service

Our stay was wonderful, and what truly made the difference was the incredible staff.

A special thank you to Zakarias, who went above and beyond to make our stay great. He was always kind, accommodating, responsive, and genuinely caring. His exceptional hospitality made us feel truly valued.

Cons:

One thing to note is that the atmosphere is extremely quiet. While the hotel is advertised as adults only, it felt more suited to a senior clientele. If you’re looking for a lively or social environment with younger or middle-aged guests, this may not be the best fit. However, if your goal is complete peace and relaxation, you’ll likely enjoy the calm atmosphere.

The rooms are quite small and very noisy, we could hear sounds early in the morning.

Stunning bay and worth it for the view from sky bar alone
Pros:

Loved the sky bar and its views. Pool was fab too. Room clean and quiet and bed comfy. Staff were all very friendly. Special shout out to the two ladies in sky bar and the receptionists.

Cons:

Poss too few sunbeds at the pool - need to get there by 9am….

Great location for walking to Elounda village, superb service with an ocean bay to swim !
Pros:

This hotel is located in an excellent position near Elounda village - very walkable - and also the short ferry ride to Spinalonga. There is a convenient sheltered pebbly beach and a lovely pool. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean. We ate at the restaurant one evening and it was excellent, lovely for a special occasion .

Cons:

We loved it. One night the hotel next door had a loud DJ party which went until 1 am, which was unfortunate. This is a relatively quiet village so otherwise not too much ‘nightlife’ at least on the edge of the season.

Great value for a short trip.
Pros:

Great little hotel, nice beach beds and close to town.

Cons:

Rooms on third floor are under the pool and rooftop bar, so we unfortunately got woken up early each morning by chairs being moved around and pool being cleaned.
