Pros:

Staff and front office are not courteous, and they wanted me to pay in advance and were calling me repeatedly to any the food bill of 1.2k so that they can close billing - though i was supposed to stay for 9 days
not understanding customer nor checking past history and managers were also absent and not showing any interest to resolve anything- they just wanted advance payment- though i am repeat customer at this hotel

It was a pleasant and a wonderful stay

Terrible service

The air con

Cons:

The service was terrible. I was assigned the wrong type of room at check in despite me requesting the type of room I wanted when booking and asking them about the room type during check in. Had to go to the room and come back down to reception to get them to give me another room.

There was only one half used roll of toilet paper in a room meant for 2 people. I had to ask them for a refill on 3 separate occasions before this was sorted.

To top it all off, the room was dirty when we arrived. The floor hadn’t been swept and there was debris including food crumbs and hair on the floor.

If you want incompetent staff who do not care about customer service, attention to detail or know how to deal with very basic customer requests, this is the hotel for you!

Amazing and pleasant.
Pros:

Everything so good, i loved everything about the hotel, be it food, staff, ambience, cleanliness etc. Me and my family had really good time at this property and also it is located near to every prime location.

Cons:

Only thing i didn’t like is the bed size is small not good for if u a kid along with you.
