A great stay in Brisbane
Pros:

We picked the Oaks as normally we would stay at the daughter's and on this occasion that would have ruined the item of surprise

Staff were helpful and welcoming.
Pros:

Closer to shopping centers and main CBD area and staff were very helpful in terms of getting a taxi for me.

Convenient not comfy
Pros:

The apartment and facilities and location are on point! The staff where rude and a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the whole building had to evacuate at 3am down 20 flights of stairs and stand on the road for two hours absolute nightmare apparently it happens all the time according to local residents wish I could get my money back never the less

Great location right in the centre of the city. All the food places in walking distance. . Great staff!

Cons:

Poor communication. We asked for an extra bed, which they said they would provide for 65 AUD in the message, but we found out that its actually 65 AUD per night after arriving there. They also had put a cot instead of a bed, but the staff was very lovely and brought a bed despite we did a late check in around 9 pm.
I also enquired regarding the parking fee. They didn't reply until 3 days later, which was 50 dollars per day! We had book a car. Had we known about the parking fee earlier we wouldn't have booked a car at all. The location was so good that we could have just walked to all the great activities!

Great location. Staff were warm and accommodating. I would recommend staying here very clean and tidy.

Very clean and tidy. Room size was great. with city views?
The pools were amazing. We just didn’t have time to use the facilities…

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Good but super noisy
Pros:

The staff super helpful and understandable
Big up to Nirmah thank you

Cons:

The fact that in the morning while sleeping we had for at least an hour « construction noises » right on top of our room we called reception and they said it was residential and they can’t do anything but still it was still early and way before check out time so we couldn’t really rest before taking our next flight
