Location with space in CBD
Pros:

Great space for a family. Oaks have dramatically improved WiFi which improves the experience. Location AND parking too. Staff friendly on arrival. They are genuinely helpful too

A let down
Pros:

The location is the only redeeming factor. Super close to Queen st mall.
The lap pool was warm and long enough for laps although hard to use when other ppl are in the pool.

Cons:

It was poor value for the money. Outdated tired room. The bathroom was particularly in need of an update and not overly clean. The kitchen had hardly any cooking items so we didn't cook.
There is no housekeeping and only one toilet roll and one detergent and no extra towels. Can you not put extra rolls?? So you have to ask at the desk for extra bog roll.
I feel like the residents get the high floors and there's a separate lift. The hotel rooms only seem to go to 18 or so. So no view for us.
No extra pillows or blanket. The extra doona was so gross and stained. The bed was quite hard and not a comfortable hotel bed.

Pros:

The staff were very kind, welcoming and offered an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were comfy spacious and views were outstanding on the 43 floor.

Cons:

That we o lu booked one night. I could spend a week here.

Great location in central city, perfect if you need kitchen and laundry
Pros:

Excellent location, big apartment with full kitchen and laundry too.

Cons:

Needed a more thorough clean in bathroom and kitchen.
Was on 37th floor, was quite slow waiting for lifts and getting up and down. Wouldn’t be good in an emergency.
