Good safe hotel, well located and at a good cheap price
Pros:

Great location, safe, 24 hour door staff and very functional at a great price

Cons:

It’s a bit old and the far room is many twists and turns from the lift - more signage might help.

A convenient, budget-friendly hotel with a great location and friendly staff—good value for money if you don't mind
Pros:

The location was excellent and easy to find, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of H&M, Myer, and Emporium, which made it very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in and early morning check-out process was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable, and overall I felt it offered good value for the price. I wasn't expecting luxury or five-star facilities, and for what I paid, it met my expectations.

Cons:

Since I stayed on a Saturday night, there was quite a bit of noise from people outside screaming and yelling late into the night. I understand it's common for the area because of the nightlife, but it may bother light sleepers. The shampoo dispenser in the bathroom had built-up residue around the pump, which looked unclean. Some areas of the floor were squeaky, and the table was uneven, making it wobble during use. The lift was quite small, so there was a short wait at times, although it wasn't too long.

Discusting and should not be able to get away with it

The deception and misleading information and photos at booking.com the room was nothing like what was on line with a lot of black mould and the staff ignorant attitude and they booking.com and the YTI garden motel are both refusing to refund my money and the photos supplied are not all of the disgraceful condition of the room

Nothing was to like!! The internet pictures did not match the room

Cons:

Was so that the bad curtains did not block out any street light , Old TV pixelated every channel also fan in bathroom did not work and split system was crap.

Great location, central Melb but it's quiet
Pros:

Perfect location, beds comfy and room kept clean. Couldn't hear any noise from outside on a Sat night. Bathroom was clean. Easy to check in, no problems.

Cons:

No stopping anyone coming into the building late at night and accessing the elevator/floors. A card was required to get into room but that felt a bit unsafe these days.
