Hotel in top Lage zu den White Sands Dünen mit super freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage in Alamogordo als Ausgangspunkt zum White Sands National Monument. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und aufmerksam, wirklich spitze!! Wir durften vor der offiziellen Zeit einchecken und man hat uns (ohne dass wir danach gefragt hatten) sofort Po-Rutscher für die White Sands Dünen ausgeliehen. Das hat uns wirklich beeindruckt ! Toller Service ! Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, schöne Zimmer und es gab das typische und immer sehr gute "Holiday Inn Express"-Frühstück. Vor dem Hotel ist gibt es einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz und in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

As a Christian I was offended to see the Indian god statue in the lobby entrance. I have stayed in a number of your hotels and there has never been anything religious like this. So it should go or at least a cross be added.

Pros:

Un hôtel sans prétention très bien tenu et une chambre spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Un personnel aimable, un petit déjeuner tout à fait correct et de délicieux cookies à l'heure du goûter. Certains hôtels de renommée n'offrent pas aussi bien.

Cons:

Il est dommage de ne pas proposer de vrais jus de fruits au petit déjeuner.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. They alerted us to construction happening on the third floor, and provided directions to all amenities. Once the construction work stopped for the day it was very quiet. There is great water pressure in the shower. The bedding itself was the standard comfortable bedding you find a most locations.

Cons:

I wasn't aware rhe property was under construction when booking. (As of 6/14/2026). This may be helpful for others traveling here to know. As this propery is older, it is undergoing a renovation. A few things stood out. While very clean, the bathrooms are smaller than average for this chain. Additionally, the beds (mattress/boxspring/frame) seem like they are due for a refresh. The toilet has an insane flush... but it does clog easily, likely due to older pipes.
