A estadia no hotel Flavia valeu muito a pena, recomendo.
Pros:

A equipe é muito atenciosa, a localização é excelente, o café da manhã é variado e os quartos possuem todos os itens básicos e ar condicionado. Na chegada, o hotel nos indicou um transfer para nos buscar no aeroporto que valeu muito a pena! O motorista era querido e falava diversas línguas.

Cons:

Os quadros são pequenos. A depender da quantidade de dias, isto pode ser um incômodo, mas para nós, foi suficiente e, pelo custo-benefício, valeu muito a pena.

Regular. No esta del todo mal, pero decididamente no regresaria.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy bien. La atencion del personal tambien fue muy agradable.

Cons:

La habitación tenia una ventana opaca con vista a un pulmón de edificio. No tenia luz natural ni ventilación natural. Había feo olor, la parte baja (zócalo de la puerta del baño) estaba en muy mala condición.

Tiny but ok
Pros:

Location was perfect. Less than 5 min to bus stops, 10 min to metro. We managed to walk from fontanne di Trevi to hotel with children aged 7-8. In heat! You gould go for sightseeing in the morning, come back for siesta and go out again in the evening, once tempreture is lower. Aircondition does the job! Without it would be hard to survive in the summer. Breakfast were also good, not typical sweet Italian style only, but more likely mediterinian style, with scrabble eggs, ham, cheese, sousages etc. Entry to the hotel is nice, also few restaurants at it's doorstep. Perfect to go for a lunch and later to airconditioned room for siesta. Or for the evening meal.

Cons:

Rooms are small. Really small. Window goes on the internal small courtyard with all pipes from venilation , no chance to stay in the room with the window opened. So you must rely on A/C = no fresh air. Also do not expect regular entry to rooms like in usual hotel, as the hotel is part of the biger building so you are going to your room through the general staircaise. Weird, but aparently it works. Bedding clean, but floor definitely was not moped before our stay.
