Rentouttava loma rannalla ja vuoristossa
Pros:

Sijainti oli erinomainen, aivan keskellä kylää. Hotelli on järven rannalla ja aurinkotuolilta pääsee helposti pulahtamaan viileään veteen. Ravintolassa on hyvä ruoka kohtuullisella hinnalla.

Kaapelivaunulla pääsi ylös vuoristoon ihailemaan upeita näköaloja.

Aamupala oli ihan ok myös ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Wir würden wieder kommen, es war in Summe alles bestens.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt im Zentrum von Malcesine und das Restaurant auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ist ein Traum. Ebenso die Terrasse mit den Liegen zum Entspannen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Economy Zimmer, alles da was man braucht aber das Bett war über eine Treppe nach oben zu erreichen. Alles in allem in Ordnung, aber die Klimaanlage ist nicht steuerbar, es gibt nur AN oder AUS und obwohl sie eingeschaltet war, war es extrem heiß im Zimmer.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel im Charm der 80er
Pros:

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone, weshalb ein Parkplatz für 10 € pro Tag 8 Gehminuten entfernt angeboten wird.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegen und direktem Seezugang.
Das Restaurant hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Da das Hotel in Hafennähe liegt, legen auch die großen Ausflugsboote direkt vor dem Hotel an. Das kann zeitweise zu Lärm- und Abgasgerüchen führen.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes (noch?) nicht, was bei den hohen Temperaturen nachts eine Katastrophe war.
Selbst Beschwerden änderten daran nichts.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Im Bad geht die Tür nicht mal komplett auf.

Das Hotel, insbesondere das Bad, ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Good location and nice breakfast

Cons:

Very outdated, tired and shabby. Air-conditioning hardly worked so room very hot and stuffy. No kettle or coffee, not even glass so you could have water, had to get these from restaurant downstairs. Despite several reviews complaining the towels have not changed 'like a large tea towel' place was very over priced for what it was.

The location is excellent.

Cons:

They did not have an option to switch on the air conditioner even when it was hot and we requested and were told air conditioner only starts post June which does not make sense when you don’t even have fans in ur hotel rooms. Either u give fans in the room or start the air conditioner.
