La piscina ...l'hotel è un 4 stelle di 30 anni fa ora 2 sono anche troppe a colazione mancava il latte x intolleranti .se nn hai la mezza pensione la colazione la fai fuori la sala 🤦🏻‍♀️ma quando mai ,in piscina o lettini fatiscenti mi e caduto il parasole sul naso nn sono andato al PS x nn creare problemi...risultato nn mi hanno offerto nemmeno un caffè ...che dire fate voi .

Cons:

Nachts um vier Uhr kam die Müllabfuhr immer Rückwärts mit Piepen vorgefahren danach Anlieferung und die Küche unter uns. Und das Täglich.
In der Tiefgarage stehen überall alte Sachen und Sperrmüll herum. Hier geht man nicht gerne hin.

Pros:

Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hauptkellner an der Bar war TOP TOP TOP Rezeption sehr nett.Pool sehr groß und schön umgeben von Bäumen.

Cons:

Aussenfassade gehört unbedingt renoviert bzw. zumindest gestrichen. Die Liegen müssen erneuert werden. Für ältere Menschen zu kompliziert und teilweise fast gefährlich.

Im Bett befand sich Ungeziefer. Die Zimmer sind relativ laut. Man hört die Nachbarn.

Pros:

Schön ist der Pool der im Garten umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Palmen eingebettet ist, auch von der Größe.
Jedoch ist das Pflaster um den Pool wie auch 2 Leitern in den Pool wackelig, zum Teil auch schadhaft.
Man kann zum Frühstück optional zu 15Euro ein Abendessen bestellen, das aus wechselndem Buffett besteht, Salaten einer Vorspeise, Hauptspeise sowie Nachtisch.
Hier wird in 2 Gruppen serviert, 18:30 und 20:00.
Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, und auch in Ordnung. Jedoch ist das Personal während dem Essen ständig am aufräumen, wegräumen, was das Essen nicht zu einem Genuss macht

Personal an Rezeption sehr freundlich , sprechen auch super Deutsch..

Cons:

Die Zimmer, Betten sind stark verbraucht.
Klimaanlage sehr laut, Bad mit schwarzen Fugen, Balkonmöbel alt, Minibar leer (Kühlschrank), Tiefgarage sieht aus wie Wertstoffhof, hier liegt alles was defekt ist, von WC's, bis Tischen, Betten, Kühlschränken. Auch einige Räume die nicht genutzt werden, werden als Mülllager genutzt

Das Kinderbett war verschlissen, durchgebrochen, übel.

il lago di Garda è sempre bello
Pros:

albergo datato avrebbe bisogno di un po di ristrutturazione soprattutto i bagni delle camere, e anche l'arredamento delle camere vorrebbe rinnovato molto datato, colazione buona, bella la piscina nel contesto del parco, posizione buona a piedi in 25 minuti sei in centro a Garda.
