Furniture is old and damaged. Long waiting time for elevators. Elevators are rickety and often out of service. Common areas are worn out and need attention. Air conditioning did not work on first night and resulted in no sleep after long flight. Staff uniforms look dated. Staff told me to check up with maintenance crew on ac repair when they are available. Generally grumpy front desk staff.

Bathroom drainage was blocked the whole time.
Elevator was broken one day and in general was very slow. 2 elevators for a hotel this size is not enough!
Breakfast could be better for a five star hotel, especially the coffee!!!

За утюг нужно было оставлять залог или номер кредитной карты. Первый раз о таком слышу в отелях 5*. Обычно эта услуга предоставляется всегда по требованию без проблем

Die beiden Restaurants waren nicht geöffnet. Daher kam es im Bistrorestaurant abends zu Problemen. Sie waren dort echt überfordert sowohl die Küche als auch der Service.
Das Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein was meine Suite betrifft. Ecken abgestoßen, im Bad Kacheln abgeplatzt. Es wirkte irgendwie abgewohnt.
O quarto era bastante agradável e o espaço em si. No entanto uma das janelas do quarto não fechava bem e ouvia-se bastante ruído do comboio.
O restaurante foi péssimo. Cheguei por volta das 22:15, perguntei se ainda serviam, disseram que sim, mas por volta das 23h fizeram de tudo para que eu saísse: ouvi asneiras ente os colaboradores da cozinha, jogaram “à bola” com algo que partiram, varreram o chão, bateram com louça… tudo isto enquanto eu tentava terminar a refeição, o que não aconteceu de tão incomodada que já estava.
