Near the Metro also close to the restaurants,
For a 5 star hotel I would say it's not !! The rooms need some work on them !! Bath room grout black mold, big crack side of sink, Bed panel under window all lose
Breakfast was great, rooms were cleaned partially and sometimes I had to ask for complementaries, pool was great but maybe slightly small for families with kids.
Spa wasn't fully working and closed too early.
Tout à été plutôt agréable .le personnel sympathique et au p’tit soin.
Les voisins de chambre (au dessus de nous )car nous avons été dérangé par une famille très bruyante qui ne respectait pas le silences dans l’hôtel.
Excelente hotel. Personal con un trato magnífico. Ubicado en zona con restaurantes y cerca de un centro comercial. Para moverse en Uber (muy baratos) es perfecto.

La qualité des matériaux, la Clim et le frigo qui ne rafraîchissent pas
Grand hôtel 5 étoiles, très chic, allées très larges, beaucoup d' équipements inclus dans le prix ( piscine, spa, possibilité de massage sur réservation et prix à part) . Notre chambre avait un prix très attractif, et elle était très grande. Très central.
La chambre commence à être un peu vieillotte et pas complètement entretenue. Mais ça reste un hôtel excellent surtout par rapport à son prix. Je retournerai.
Le personnel et le petit déjeuner
La qualité des équipements, tout était vieux.
La piscine catastrophique rien à voir avec les photos.
L’eau a 17 degrés, les transats tous cassés.
La salle de bain avec un carreau très dangereux notre fils c’est fait mal en allant dans la baignoire.
Des traces d’humidité de partout.

El staff amable! El desayuno muy rico, las habitaciones espaciosas el que quede cerca de la estación de tren y metro es un plus para moverte!
Nos pareció que aunque tiene buenas instalaciones! Las habitacion que nos tocó se notaba un poco descuidada. Y con problemas en la ducha, nos cambiaron a otra habitación que aunque mejor! Igual se veía signos claros de desgaste
