Pros:

I had a good time , would like to appreciate FnB team for the great service particularly miss Mengpi and others staff . And also house keeping team . It would be better if the company could maintain the lift , thanks and regards

During check out in morning,
Manager didn’t give me bill ,I was told that your booking was done by booking.com , so they will send bill on your mail around 12:00 pm, but yet I haven’t received a bill copy . I was told only this time otherwise I stayed many times here but they give bill copy during check out time.
